Love the pool and gym just wish they had a cable lat pull down machine so you can change the handle bars yourself as well a cable seated row machine to also change the handle bars.

This star is not for anything else but the horrible coffee I am busy sipping right now.hot water with no taste for over $4.please get some good coffee and to wait for 15 minutes plus is just not right.

Seriously exciting and expansive venue. Brilliant trainers and comprehensive professional workouts for EVERY age level.

Have taken my kids there many times and the slide is never working we leave disappointed everytime if it's broken why don't you remove it it will stop the disappointment for all the families one of the lifeguards told me today it will never be back!

It is always a great experience. The only thing I'd say is call before arriving during the week. For we made the mistake of just rocking up and there was about 50 school kids taking up every single pool. But they did leave eventually.

Been going here to swim for a few weeks now. It´s good if you´re just looking for a swim but it seems like half of the aqua facilities are broken.
The outdoor pool is closed as the heating pump is not working and the slide is not available either.
The showers could need a make over. There is very low water pressure on the shower heads and they are quite moldy.

Aqua Jetty’s chlorine levels are extremely high and give me a rash on my neck. I’m not sure if this is because of COVID and they are trying to keep the bacteria out but it is extremely irritating. The change rooms could do with a makeover cleaner floors, better shower pressure, new shower heads (all mouldy). Better air system in the 25m indoor pool as it is very hard to breath.

Every time i go to Aqua jetty something isnt working. Either the pools, Gym, sauna, steam room or all of the above. As a bare min.put an update on your website so that people dont waste their time going there only to be turned away. Last time ill be using these facilities thats for sure.

What a difference it has made to my 61 year old life. The staff at the gym have a so helpful to me in getting 4 inches off my waist in a program that was aimed at losing weight and getting me fit. I felt at home their and can ask any of the staff any question, they would give me a honest professional answer that fills me with confidence that I’m in the right hands. If you have never been to a gym before, feel confident that you won’t be judged on age, sex or size. The staff will look after you if you do.

Excellent place for swimming, spa, sauna. There is a great gym as well. Reasonable price for a Gold membership. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Super Nice reception staff, bit odd that your told to wear face masks in the water due to covid.
Did anyone tell the 'management' that wet face masks do nothing? Odd very odd

My 6 yr old takes swimming lessons here. Great staff, good amenities, 3 pools indoors and 50m outdoors, and a cafe. In my opinion it’s a valuable community facility.

It’s a great pool with a slide and whirlpool, it also has a playground with BBQs out side, could spend all day here.

The heated pool could be a bit warmer

The swimming lessons is great. Tanya helped give my son more confidence in himself and helped him achieve his goals. He is now in the next stage and loving it

Cafe has decent coffee with alt milks. Somewhat clean and beautiful outdoor area with shade and barbecues available for use. Plus outdoor playground for children.

Slide not operating, no shade on park for children, no other childrens activities in the pool not good for toddlers or young swimmers to habe fun

Great facilities, cafe makes great mochas, pools are clean, safe, lots of lifeguards, good class times and an awesome water slide!

Aqua is awesome. Even has a waterslide! (only on school holidays?)
Great swimming lessons here too and cheap. Three main sections plus sauna and another small heated pool. Water temp good and chlorine levels ok. Very family friendly kids have a blast.

Terrible policies that are inflexible (such as make up swim classes or putting accounts on hold while traveling longer than 2 weeks). They don't take attendance for swim classes and since i did not see the email saying classes recommenced after Covid, we missed a month of classes thst i was still charged for. They were unwilling to let us make up those missed classes. Just horrible customer service.
