I got a great deal on a new still to be reconditioned LG fridge that i needed yesterday, they delivered same day (door replaced) fridge had a minor malfunction that the guys came out and rectified no qualms. Prompt backup great price100% happy!

Happy to sell you goods with "3 months warranty" when you come back within that timeframe they aggressively tell you to get lost, had to get my credit card company involved to get the lost funds back, both other items I purchased have since broken past the 3 months, not even worth the hassle to try deal them them, save yourself the trouble, no better than buying stuff off gumtree

I shop here every time I need appliances including whitegoods etc. My Hisense front loading washer is still going strong, after 3yrs- I love it! Friendly service and the owner, Les, is so helpful.
It's also a comfort knowing that they fix the items themselves, onsite.
I'm going there to buy my big screen tv.

Would not recommend unfortunately. Thought we had done a good thing by supporting a small business, pretty upset how it all ended.
You are better of spending a bit more and going somewhere that has legit warranties/better communication/reliable and trustworthy- if your item stops working they don’t want to know about it.

Best place to get "like new appliances " at affordable prices. Many options to choose from and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The delivery guy was very nice and helpful.

This place is also called LNB electronics. I brought my microwave oven for a warranty repair. The staff were great but I was lucky to meet the manager, Rakesh. We got talking and he repaired my microwave in 10 minutes.

The staff do give a sales pitch for second hand products but hey, they need to make a living. All in all, I find them helpful and provide great service.

This is a gem of a place. Excellent service, amazing range of products, unbeatable pricing and I even had same day delivery. Am so happy with my new fridge. I will certainly be checking at HQ first for any new appliances I need going forward.
Postscript: I had a small issue with my fridge and HQ was out within 24 hours to fix it. Their service is incredible. Many thanks.

Purchased my new LG 60" 4k UHD TV (2016 model) from the Mandurah branch and absolutely love it. Lester was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Non pushy sales environment also which made a world of difference. Add to this the fact I saved nearly 50% compared to its 2017 successors current sale price. Smiles all round Here! Most certainly wil be going there 1st from now on ON for any white/brown goods that I may require!
