I am not one to write negative reviews. However, in this case i feel it appropriate to voice my discontent.

My family member, who I will call John, suffered a severe brain trauma and required near constant supervision because of mental impairments. The family sought psychological assistance from this business.

After a few appointments it became apparent to my family that the psychologist was not providing or suggesting strategies for John to cope with his condition. The psychologist was very efficient at listening to John and charging efficiently. We were left feeling that next time John needed a confessor, he should go to a priest to save money. Nor, according to John, was the required grief counseling provided.

When John, whose mood was suicidal, turned up to a pre-arranged appointment he was told he had did not have one. It seems the receptionist had neglected to place the appointment in the system after telling John of the time and date. Mistakes happen.

Due to the extreme stress this caused John, a family member asked the practice for an apology for the mistake and an acknowledgement of the effect this had on the patient. However, this resulted in us receiving a lengthy formal letter regarding our 'in-appropriate behaviour' and the anxiety it caused the patients in the waiting room. And that is a bitter pill to swallow. An apology was the appropriate form of resolution here. As the website claims they are the experts in Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Trauma and Grief Loss Counseling so perhaps we should bow to their superior clinical knowledge here.

I wish you all a better experience than our own.
