I just got a phone call from my Manager at Viva Energy informing me that as of the 20/11/23 I will officially be permanent part time.

I looked up the address and came across these reviews and thought to myself 'surely it's not that bad'.
I was there early and only one other was there before me but half a dozen who arrived after the scheduled time were served first.
A lady approached and asked for our names and when it was my turn the man sitting next to me took offence at my name and began to insult me repeatably. I took offence by this and then he threatened me physically and then demanded I calm down. I hadn't even raised my voice.
The employee was still standing directly in front of me and did absolutely nothing and I actually think she enjoyed it.
After over half an hour later I was approached and was told that I was not required to attend.
As I left I decided to tell one of the employees about the encounter a short fat man then intervened like I was a threat to her.
I understand the man was mentally ill but my first experience with them was a shocker.

My son came home today totally undone - he was a nervous wreck
He was accosted by another client who obviouisly had a mental health condition.
The client threatened violence!
My son even though he wasnt the perpetrator was escorted from the building
Can you believe that?
Its hard enough going to APM as in the past the staff have been rude and then to be treated like this.why didnt anyone come to my sons rescue?
The staff need better training and better observations skills.

Worst place ever. I have a job lined up on mines asked for assistance with white card they tried to send me out meatpackers instead of getting back to me with info on whitecard just made me an appt which i tried to reschedule 1300 number hangs up and direct number didnt callback until after i reschedule then the callback told me i didnt have a new appt so i didnt go then they breached me.
UPDATE
it is now nearly December 2022 and the location has changed moved to a newer bigger office with assurances of "doing better" nothing changed in fact its worse because problems acknowledged are still repeating

Took me from 9am-2pm with 21 calls & two voicemails to finally get through to the office to reschedule an appointment (as I am unwell) only to be spoken to rudely & be told "You should have called earlier! " and "We have no voicemails from you! ". Absolutely disgraceful!

Absolutely shocking service, they are so rude and don’t understand people’s disabilities.
I suffer with anxiety/depression and agoraphobia, and the staff member I’m with constantly threatens me with my payment being cut off because I’m unable to attend their office…go figure!

Certain workers in this office need extensive training on communication skills, learning how to engage with clients, resolving problems or referring on, speaking with a professional manner and NOT call your clients liars or present accusations in an antagonising manner. How totally unprofessional. I am completely dumb founded. All I can think is if I was treated this way, imagine anyone who is a mental health sufferer or facing a crisis because this management team would tip you over the edge.

Disgusting service. The workers are rude and there is no service given to anyone. They won’t answer the phones and they won’t send you for a job and punish you when you get one. Place is a joke…

I had the exact same experience with them. Rarely answer the landline, won't respond to emails or text messages in a timely manner to the extent that demerit points are on my record through no fault of my own. Ridiculous.

I had the exactly bad experience with this so called provider. The staff was so rude. I felt I am actually talking to some triad member! What a waste of money from taxpayers! Luckily, I am with another provider. However, is it really different!? Ha, ha.you think!:)

They blatantly break actual Social Security law/guidelines for their own financial benefit to detriment of people they are meant to serve.

You DO NOT have to give them permission to use your personal information. They DO NOT have rights to contact your employer or demand pay slips.

Your Provider will tell you that you have to do this, but omit to tell you that you do not have to do it according to the law. Because it’s not required according to any legislation/law. You are not required by law to do this. The Provider will tell you instead, according to guidelines (not law) or the rules / their rules (also not law). You can disregard any demands your Provider makes regarding these matters.

Apart from not assisting to find employment, they hassel, humiliate, intimidate, police with blanket policies that are inflexible and don't take into account individual circumstances. They should not receive government funds. They are unreliable and don't provide accurate information. Go somewhere else.

Today was my first time having to go to this hell hole. There is no reception desk what so ever! No wonder other reviewers say they couldn't get hold of anyone there!

I called APM on my husband's behalf, to change an appointment time as im not able to get him there. Im studying this year and I don't finish until 3: 30pm and the appointment is for 2: 00pm. The person that answered was extremely rude to me and my husband, saying that she doesn't care about what I needed, she busy with other things. This lady was very close to making my husband go into a panic attack and at the sametime he was an anxiety attack from her abusing him over the phone. The way we were talked to, was horrible and unacceptable.
