APM reviews
5I've tried a few employment providers apm is the worst one I ever had after 6 months with not one interview put me in a job that was only ment to be for about 3 months I really needed the money they said it would be temporary 4 years later not even one interview even though I was still employed they change coordinators every 2 weeks so your not getting one to knowthe company is rubbish if you don't believe me just look at the reviews
Javed is by far, the best job search assistant I've ever had.if you're busting to work or just want information, he's your man. I've had more job interviews in three months with Javed than ALL other job network mobs put together.
Ludicruous wait times, even if you have a pre-arranged appointment. Staff seem poorly trained and need constant supervision.
How can I rate it less than 1 star? Shocking experiences from this place. Its really REALLY sad to see people with zero people skills and bottom level professionalism in 'public servant' roles. If you hate humanity and you hate helping people, why work a role that entails helping people to reach their potential?
Considering the clientele for APM will naturally be lower socio-economic people facing mental health issues, serve financial hardship, literacy blockages and more you would assume that people in this role would have some kind of empathy or merely ethics to them but sadly, not from what I have experienced.
After a shocking experience with Jenny - my file was passed over to Kathryn. Upon simply calling to make a time to see Kathryn and ask a few questions about this next process (standard questions and general procedure), I was told rudely and abruptly 'if you don't change your attitude I will terminate this call' - I was spoken down too as if I was a 6 year old in a playground. This is not the first time either.
I can proudly say I was in no way, shape or form was I being rude or unprofessional. Since when did seeking answers from an agency I am supposed to get the answers from, that is designed to be helping provide a service with these particular answers, warrant in being completely patronising, condescending, unprofessional and disgustingly rude.
Lift your game APM. You have an opportunity to be helping people and making a REAL difference here and within some lives but you have chosen again and again, time after time to fail the system and do wrongly to people who are just trying to get by and do the right thing.
I count my blessings that I am literate enough to put this frustration into words, I feel extremely sorry for them. I will speak and stand up next too all the people who cannot read, write or express themselves in such a way and are stuck within the system going around and around in circles having to deal with ill-mannered, unprofessional women such as the women that run APM, Balcatta. In any other work place, it would be labelled as work place bullying.
Choose a new provider Centrelink. This place is disgusting in practice and hopeless.
