12I have been with APM for the past 12 months my consultant Stacey has been so helpful with finding me my current job she always kept in touch and went above and beyond and made sure I secure and happy ready to work. Mirrabooka has excellent consultants that work together to put us job seekers into work I highly recommend.
We went in to ask for help looking for work, several employees were there and saw us but we were completely ignored. Left without achieving anything.
Been with APM for a little over a year now, and they have been so supportive & genuine about making it easier for me to find work and get qualifications.
Bec goes above and beyond & is always so lovely to deal with.
Rude disrespectful and victimising people on the lowest social ladder without care or support. Made us Waite for an hour because we were 3 minutes late when we called explaining we were on our way 10 minutes before the appointment.
Uhh.yeah. This place and the People working here are as Good as anyone I've dealt with in the last thirty years.
I have had no issues with phone call's or their attitude.
Worst experience ever. They made huge mistakes and because of my complaints to the higher department the manager and later whole team got replaced.
One of the worst customer service centres. Can never get through the phone, no one answers! Now my pay is suspended because I can't get through to anyone to let them know I have covid & can't come into my appt, it's been 3 days of my ringing the centre. And in thr past when I go in person, everyone just ignores you, doesn't greet you or care you're there for your appt, also have experienced rude staff
Absolutely horrible service, staff members were not respectful, have had multiple consultants and they all have been absolutely useless and don’t help out with your needs. They make your life hell and stressful with centrelink, they give no sympathy if you have a disability, they treat you like you’re a burden and a waste of a human being, they make you feel as if your useless and lazy and that there’s something wrong with you. Many unfilled promises and requirements that are ridiculous. All I can say is the service is so bad I didn’t feel safe to be at my appointment and I felt like I was humiliated for my disability and given unnecessary stress.
Place is terrible. Was promised a reimbursement on my HRWL: LF once I obtained it.
Once I obtained the license however I was told to be reimbursed I would have to have a job that REQUIRED the licence, so I went about this next obstacle and supplied what was needed to be told I was never told I would be reimbursed.
Place is an absolute joke! Waste of time.
Then let's talk about waiting times, if you're late for an appointment they will cut your pay but will happily leave you seated for an hour. Will schedule appointments for when you are working and won't change the appointment times.
Definitely need to look at staff and management they need to be replaced or retrained
No one answers the call and very useless and unhelpful and when I have an appointment with them they always give me hard time and very poorly customer service, unfriendly.
Really bad service. Wait times are atrocious. No one acknowledges you when you come in and you just have to wait and wait and wait before anyone even acknowledges that you are even there. Not uncommon to wait an hour after the time THEY book your appointment.
Absolutely appalling service! I spoke with Kevin who assured me he would return my call shortly, I have been waiting for a call back for over 3 and a half hours. This matter was regarding APMs inadequate processing of a job plan that is now causing me problems with CENTRELINK.
