The team at APM Morley are fabulous, they are always welcoming and go above and beyond in helping to find suitable employment.
Hawa is very motivated and always has a smile on her face, nothing is too much trouble, it really does make a difference to one’s self esteem.

The reason I have given APM this rating is solely because of a young woman named Hawa Donzo. In the depths of despair, lacking any self-esteem I was ready to quit all. She was and still is a shining beacon of hope, encouragement
and sincere compassion. What a relief and pure joy it is to find such support in an often dysfunctional, broken system. Hawa has renewed my faith in humanity. Please acknowledge her.

Some of most disrespecting services every receive from disability services
The staff questioned me 3 times if got the right place, because they didn't have my interview on the system
Then after interview they wanted you jump through all these hops to see if are able to get it there services
Rang up the main office and try take this further and still waiting for a month for call back
All I want is help with my licence and courses and they can't even do it

APM Been amazing team work with took there time to understand what I was going though it lovely have people actually do the job right take there time not push. Knowing I was going though stuff. I really Appreciate the team here at Morley

Nobody appears to do any actual work in this place. When I ring, a message tells me they are all too busy to take my call and leave a message. I did that 3 times today and still haven't heard back.
Well, 3 minutes after I wrote my 1 star review, I got a call from the Morley office and a lovely lady named Rebecca sorted my problem out very efficiently.

Sadly my consultant could not even show me how to upload jobs to myGov for verification her replacement just could not be bothered. Then the Manager at Morley APM lazily ignored my complaint leading to another issue my consultant wrongly taking me off payment two days before Christmas break because she was too lazy to check that I had uploaded my resume into the myGov system recently. Accountability is to themselves treat public with contempt.

Used to go to northbridge all hopeless they refuse point blank to.pay for first aid.no skill no work there a joke there supposed to provide training try telling to a potential employe4.
Had to tell them to get a printer now been payments frozen due to transfe4 nearly ended up.homelss.stupid b.he's at c e btrelink so.lazy expect me to organise transfer what th e hell what's wrong them at morley. I'm deaf can't use a phone bit hard duh brains and top.it all off was nearly refused service at centrelink because he refused to remove his mask so.i could hear him. I threatened him with disability discrimation act that shut him up very quickly even tho I asked him politely.

Don’t help find jobs, won’t even help pay for education this service is a joke and needs to be fixed and addressed especially when calling. Just my personal opinion

Horrible at keeping to scheduled phone appointments. Have often had to call them to make sure the appointment isn't missed, so I don't end up getting penalised for it.

Repeatedly ask me what work I'm looking for (like every phone call), and tell me it's "just to make conversation". Really? Every fortnight you ask the same question, which you would know if you spent a few minutes going over a client's file.

In the three years I've been with APM, I've rarely (if ever) had email communication responded to. A brick wall is more responsive.

So, they can't keep proper appointment times (even before COVID, I can't even count the number of times I waited in the office WELL past my scheduled appointment time). Can't answer emails. What exactly do you people DO all day?

For a service that is contracted by the government to hep the unemployed, you aren't exactly fulfilling your job description!

Zero care, zero compassion and zero empathy. It takes a lot to reach out for help when you struggle. Then you ask apm for help and they kick you while you down. Very disappointing no wonder people commit suicides.

They don't care about finding anyone work or assisting people's needs. They just want government funding to keep themselves employed and comfy.

I am done with calling the main number repeatedly and it rigning out, with a recorded message telling me the person I'm trying to call is on another call. Please try again later. I was also given a new case worker without being told. Seems these palces have a very high turnover in staff.

Still homeless from West Perth.
I've never recovered. It's been almost a year with Morley.and I still haven't actually met my "support". They're always sick. Wondering if they're actually a real person?
A year of couch hopping and sleeping in your car really takes a toll. You can thank me for the money you've made off me another day.
The system is pretty flawed. I'm also pretty hungry. I'm glad I have some friends who feed me when I have the strength to ask.

The friendly and accommodating staff are the most important factor. The way I was treated more than compensates the underwhelming, underfunded office (furniture and equipment)

Warning! Most maps will lie to you. The entrance is around the side/back of the building. There is little in the way of signage so keep an eye out.
