Carlo and Renee G.at APM freo have both really helped me over the years by assisting me with study and with finding employment. I know I can go to them for help when I need it.

Just when you thought they couldn’t get any worse. Told to come in at 2 just to pick up a sheet of paper and that later was no good. I left work early to Come in and been sitting here for 50 minutes. What a waste of my time! Pathetic

Most incompetent company I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. Supposed to be getting people jobs and can’t even do theirs properly. It’s honestly laughable how Apm conducts its business.

I was case managed by a couple of people at APM. The first told me about jobseeker sites without actually showing me and I found it a bit daunting to begin with. My second case manager was Renee Hall, who made the entire process easy. She inspired me with confidence that the system did actually work for me, made it much less fuss than I expected, and with good information I was confident to take myself off the system within a couple of months, confident that I could get back on within 6 months if my part of the economy didn't sustain. Clear information delivered in a friendly and professional way made all the difference.

I’ve had a great experience with APM! I have been impressed by the service & the support during the interview process. They have also connected me to a few other programs, to help maintain my professionalism and to make and meet my goals. 5 star

Have never answered there phone this whole year. Not once. They don't even have a receptionist. Have stood in my way multiple times. Made me wait for an hour just to say "come in tomorrow".
Got myself my own job and if anything they have made it harder for me to get that job.
Everytime I go in I hear someone complaining about there service.
Probably a doll blugers dream since they don't help you in the slightest but if your a genuine person then get transferred asap

I have emailed my case manager and invited him to see me at his convenience anytime for a face to face in the office, pleaing for some assistance with guidance getting just a health care card so I can save $80 a month on anti seizure medication, and after 11 days, still no reply email.
11 days!

Worst place ever. Never seen a more incompetent bunch than these people. My manager moved, no one told me, they then cancelled my payment as I didn’t make a meeting (which I told my manager I wouldn’t be able to make, she obviously didn’t pass that on before leaving) so they cancelled my payment. I’ve called up, first thing I hear is this guy just morning as he picks up the phone, told me she’s moved and that he’ll book an appointment, never did, payment still canceled and now I can’t pay rent. It’s extremely unfortunate that these are the people I’m charge of finding people jobs, I luckily have one and it was no help to these muppets.

I do not understand what they are there for.
Sure they did not help me find a job.
The hard copy of the CV I have provided got lost. Different case manager all the time. They are always late with their phone appointment. And seriously I do not understand why they keep taking appointment if they are not capable of storing the information that you give them when they call. Today, the new case manager was not having on record that I have been working for the past 5 months. So to whom did I report to all this time? Where did my CV go to? How do you keep my private information safe?

Mistakes, change officers and just generally have no clue what they’re doing. Got a job easily without their help, they haven’t helped over months and months of being my employment service

This company; in particular a consultant by the name of Caitlin, lied to me on several occasions about reimbursing me for work clothes, helping me receive my driver's license and relevant tickets for work.
She told me to get emails that guaranteed my position with a company, so I did and it was still met with the same "I'll have to leave it with my manager" scripted dialogue.
I can't tell you how much grief these people have caused me and how much they stood in my way

Completely unorganised, phone appointments are generally 2 hrs late, organise courses but they don't get back to the course providers that Centrelink require information and you could get cut of your benefits, they are so hopeless

APM in Queensland were excellent, in W. A there needs to be alot of changes, big turn over of staff, had over 6 different case managers over 8 months all have left, the ones that are left have had very poor training, bad communications, the mc Donalds of job providers, i wouldn't recommend any to go there
