25Had to que for a long time which was not easy as I have problems standing too long.only one teller to serve about fifteen people waiting. Not good enough ANZ. I was ready to take my business to another bank
I went to your morley branch in the shopping centre. Would be great if they can update their website, that it is temporarily closed.
I am so happy with the level of service and care carried out by staff members Manjima & Kitch (bank manager). They were honest & and looked out for my best interests in regards to my enquiry. A true reflection on how responsible lending should be carried out. I feel confident with this bank thanks to the excellent service I received today. Thank you.
**I recommend booking an appointment as that saved me having to stand in line. Also, allow for a decent amount of time, if as it seems many people had enquiries. Even though it was busy, staff members were kind & helpful

How can a bank this busy only ever have 1 teller!
The queues are so long and can regularly take 20 mins to pay cash in whilst closing my store to do so.
Disrespectful service from 2 employees. One treated me like a fool and the others thought it appropriate to try and touch me. Had to stand in line for way too long for an older person. No seating where you had to stand.
Went into the Morley branch and waited in line for like 1 minute before a very kind lady started asking everyone in line why they are here today. I was served with kindness and even motioned how I checked the reviews before leaving home. Don’t know if all the negative feedback are just bots but I think it was a very simple and fast run place. Just in case anyone is thinking what I thought about these few reviews, NO I do not work for this bank or have any ties with the business besides my sons saving account.
All I wanted to do was deposit some cash. Both their atms didn’t accept cash, they only have 1 teller open when there’s a line leading outside their branch and I spent over half an hour in line and in the end had to give up doing something that should have only taken a minute. For all the fees and charges they take off you, to have closed all nearby branches, then have 1 teller open and atms that don’t work is just pathetic
Absolutely ridiculous wait time, could've caught covid, went to isolate, and I'd still be waiting!
Poor service all I wanted was to arrange and book a appointment for money to take overseas. Person couldn't say if they was going to be open or on the day. Took my phone number never heard back. Been a ANZ customer for over 30 years service and support in the last 5 years is disgusting. Will be changing banks.
Waited 45 minutes to be attended with long line behind me. When enquired why only one teller on told because it is a digital bank. Tell the customers who were waiting that. Told me closest people bank was maddington. Really sorry for the only teller on.

Feel sorry for the staff standing on the feet all day. I went to Karrinap branch same set up they have chairs and Morley branch don't. Lady serving me on the counter have tear in her eyes when I asked her " aren't your feet hurting standing all day " She answered yes they are but there is nothing we can don. I ve asked her have you told them about? Yes- she answered but they don't care. She was standing from opening till 13 pm.and in the afternoon around 3 pm she was in different position holding iped but still standing around. ANZ is using their workers, So bad anz shame on you. Your are putting so much pressure and stress on this poor people. Shame on you. When I asked are all people standing as you as well? She answered not all of them. I ve asked is your manager doing same? She smiled and said of course not she is manager. That is discrimination anz lots of discrimination. I should send ACCc and fair work ombudsman on you
Absolutely disgusting customer service, the manager Hanna is abusive even when the bank made a mistake and admitted it, she was still raising her voice and acting inappropriately. As for the bank, the fact they can be so disorganized makes me worry they are incharge of people's money.
Rude staff. Garbage service. I am shifting my account to other Bank.
Highly not recommended.
So how's the new branch? Didn't know they moved and where is it close to? Went passed the old branch one day and noticed the 2 anz atm wasn't there.
I have read the reviews from years ago, and majority of them are saying slow service, few staff for the demand, yesterday was no different.
I went in this afternoon to get change. I saw/heard a lady with dark hair on the service desk as you walk in, yelling at an elderly lady who was there with her daughter. She didn't understand how to activate her card. The staff member was very rude to her.
Deposited money into my debit account and went to pay a bill, i was advised there was insufficient funds in my account. After a 1 hour phone call i was told i had overdrawn my account by 4c when i had not.i was not given an answer as to why my account was over drawn and i had to return to the branch to put 5c into my account to pay the bill.i was unhappy with the whole process and still have not received a resolution.
Extremely poor. We went to add to our loan. After our paperwork/personal details were sent back and for from India. And money approved. Twice the money would have been transferred too.

2 a totally unknown account. Which we erased and filled it in outside the squares.
Be very careful customers.
Oh.and wrong interest rates on paperwork. Which they advised us to just sign and they would fix it up.
Children have higher academics then this branch
Will not provide branch phone numbers and waited 40 minutes to speak to a real person on the 13 13 14 phone number. Typical of bank service because they underemploy to meet real demand, take little notice of Reserve Bank and increase annual profit so the CEO gets more millions in bonus payments
