I went to the post office section of the store recently to mail some items to my family overseas. The nice lady behind the counter asked me to pack the items (using packing materials from the store which I was prepared to pay for) and fill up a form before she could post them for me. While I was doing that I also grabbed some birthday cards from the shop to include in the mail. After packing everything in the box, as I stood in the queue to pay for them at the counter, a tall man (I suspect he was the manager or owner) approached me and asked to look into the box as he suspected I took the cards without paying for them (I was still in the queue to pay for everything I was holding). When he saw the cards he immediately accuses me of stealing the cards and asked me to leave and to never come back. I insisted he take back the items I was holding (as I didn’t want to leave the store without paying for the items) and he tore them apart.

Deeply disappointed as to why he didn’t wait until I got to the counter to see what I was going to pay for first or at least given me the opportunity to explain. I left without arguing as I felt it was unnecessary would have made the scene bigger than it already was. It was really embarrassing as well as there were a number of people in the store.

Went to the Australia post in Vic Park the next day, took the exact same items and did the exact same thing of putting everything in the box and I managed to pay for everything and walked out without being accused of stealing. I’ve never stolen anything in my life and don’t intend to. Especially birthday cards!

But safe to say my family and I will never be going there again.

Good 24 hour place with a a great selection of fast food, will make things fresh for you but always have a lot of stuff ready to go.

This place has been going for many, many years. A nice place to walk into and get a bite, the kitchen is always open and hot food is available 24/7. The staff working there are warm and friendly and just great service all round. Hats off to Paul and his staff! There is also a variety of other day to day items too. Inside is also attached a local post office. The post office is normal trading hours only.

I love you guys. As a local Rivervale resident, Get bombed most nights on a few cans and you are my saviour. Love your food! Cheers.

The chips were piping hot and arrived with the gravy separately. Ordered Uber eats. Very pleasantly surprised and impressed. Good job guys!

I bought a roll of emergency gift wrapping paper for a birthday picnic in the morning. They had the perfect paper for my 10 year old niece.

Chocolate brownies are awesome! But all the food it great in this place. Plus anything else you might need seems to be in this shop. The service was friendly and efficient too!

LPO has office stationery with Australia post services day hours. Fresh flowers, bouquets too! Parking at front door. VERY HANDY LOCATION TOO!

My first visit was late one night and I don't think I was prepared. Scrumptious range of hot and cold foods guarenteed to cater to anyones' tastes. Delicious quiches; pies; healthy rolls; burgers; and naughty but nice deserts. Backed by friendly staff your orders are quick to take and it won't be long before you are muching down on a much deserved treat. Recommended!

Bit of an institution. All the different flavours of people can be seen here. Hot food 24hrs a day. Small to Medium range of groceries, pastries & fruit and veg. Is it the cheapest place to stock the pantry-hell no, but if you need it, its there.

Last night I got home at a very late time and was far too tired to do much more than order uber eats. I usually order from the Pizza cafe or even sinatras but I thought I'd give anytime a try.
It was quite honestly the worst decision I could have made. The pizza arrived late and cold, minus the drink I'd paid for. Upon asking the driver he said call the deli, so I did. The woman who responded was rude and glib stating I should just "go get a refund" after realising they had left the drink, tacking on a sorry right at the end of our phone call (I think she knew if she didn't I would have been more livid). I went onto the Uber App and applied for my refund then sat down to my pizza. It was absolutely disgusting, stale crust, poor quality ingredients, I don't think I've ever had such an awful pizza.
There's alot of amazing eateries in the Vic Park/Burswood area, I would recommend all of them over this place.

Very handy shop. Has a wide variety of groceries and fresh food. Baked goods, cakes etc as well. Staff are always lovely.

Ordered a chicken center salad. Tomato is soggy. Everything else is very basic cheap ingredients. When delivered to job site via uber eats there was no fork. All in all this was a terrible experience and I womt be ordering again
