Antonio's Pizzaria reviews
50Waited over an hour after ordering for the pizza to be ready. Was told 7.10pm, arrived at 7.10, was told 7.20, finally got pizzas at 7.30 after ordering prior to 6.30pm. This happens every single time I order pizza here and blaming this consistent problem on being busy, and then being hostile to customers in store is just pathetic. Customers are understandably impatient.
We moved from Morley to Willetton, had centrepoint pizza for last 15 years, and after many recommendations tried Antonios yesterday. One of the best in Perth, 9 out of 10. Its just they dont have delivery.right from ordering over the phone, pick up, customer service, size of the pizza, valve for money and the taste, it was yum.
We are locally customer that normally order once a
The pizza and base was great before order
Did something happen to the
recipe or change staffs.
We were disappointed tonight of our order (beef and Mexican) the dough Was thick and undercooked.
Taste was not the same.
Hope have better experience in future order.
Normally, I only take to writing reviews when I have had a positive experience but in this case, I could not be more disappointed, both with the food & the attitude of the staff when I rang to provide feedback on the uncooked pizza I picked up. We have been loyal customers for years & while the quality has been declining, it’s been reasonable enough so we continued to patronize this local family business but tonight was just such an awful experience! When we first questioned why the chicken cayenne pizza looked different, we were assured that it was as always. Only when I rang to complain that the pizza was different to usual was I informed that they had run out of chicken & it had been replaced with cooked chicken breast from IGA! Perhaps given the long weekend, I can understand this but why were we not informed when I ordered or at pick-up? On top of that, the pizza dough was uncooked! What bothers me the most is the attitude of the manager who immediately assumed we wanted a refund & stated we should not have taken the pizza in the first place if we were not happy with it! How’s that for customer service? Her attitude speaks of immaturity, perhaps tinged with certain unfair prejudices & belief in stereotypes. Safe to say I have rarely encountered such insolent customer service & needless to say, we will not be patronising this business again EVER! Never have I been so insulted!
Always enjoy pizza from here. Toppings and size of pizzas are always generous, ingredients are fresh and service is great too.
Being locals in the past, always enjoyed the pizza here and even moving away to Kardinya would still make the drive back to get pizza from Antonio’s. The last few experiences have not been close to what it was in the past, pizza has been undercooked on each occasion and three times have been given the wrong order.
Have not been even able to order a pizza on a Sunday calling at 7pm and diverted to message bank.
My husband's favorite pizza shop. He said The Works r the best, this is the Jumbo size. We always eat some in the car, before we head home.
I am referring to the owners response to Clement in an earlier review. I think you missed the point or may not have got the full story from your staff. I was outside the shop this evening and noted that the gentleman was offended because your staff accused him that he SHOULD HAVE told her that he wanted the lasagne hot and ready to eat. I seriously don’t think the gentleman was offended that he was asked in future to inform them for future orders. It was the staff’s attitude that was offensive and seriously the apology should have been based on the way she was defensive of her own oversight.
Poor customer service. Ordered 3 pizzas and a lasagne for pickup. When I arrived, the lasagne was totally cold (from the chiller). When I asked why, the manager said I did not specify that I wanted it heated up. I find it ludicrous that I had to tell them I wanted a lasagne hot and ready to eat when the pizzas were prepared hot and ready for consumption. And she had the gall to blame me for their poor kitchen management. In all my years of ordering take away food, never had I have to specify I wanted a meal hot and ready to eat.
Pizza Sicilian ordered Sat Oct 16th was very disappointing. Pepperoni slices were few and far between and encountering a bit of anchovy was a rare surprise. On the whole it was terribly bland. Will not be bothering them again.
Quite disappointing as this use to be a 5 star pizza store however every time I got back it seems as though the prices are increased and quality declined
It’s an ideal pizza store to have it at a corner of a local shopping centre.
Young operating team is always cheerful, polite and efficient with good communications. Locally owned. Constantly great pizzas have been served.
You can give a call to order with updated menu on their website in advance or just walk-in and wait with games or finding some charming interiors.
Handmade pizzas with fresh, organic and healthy ingredients for busy days or relaxing days.
There is a seating for 1-2 people with a privacy and are many tables inside and outside.
We are looking forward to having a play date with Antonio’s pizzas at a front park just completed hygienic facility upgrades in a warm weather.
Quick advice:
Make sure to turn the pirate several times to make him fly. We didn’t know that until I found an instruction on its box
Been going there for 15yrs, food has always been good, it's sad when dominos has better customer service than the local pizza store.need to select better front counter staff
Really great value Pizza and really great prices too, the Pizza is delicious and doesn't taste unhealthy! Small local businesses always do it best
Get the kids a treat once a week and have always been satisfied with the service, friendly staff.and absolutely delicious pizza
On Saturday night i ordered a pizza but there was a young lady on the phone when I called to order who also served me my pizza which I must say was sub-standard. I WOULD LIKE THE YOUNG LADY TO BE TAUGHT SOME MANNERS
I really like antonio's pizza and I've been going there since I was in high school, however last night I had a pretty bad experience! The young kid who served me was eating a chicken wing whilst he served me, gave me my pizza and my change. I understand that people get hungry but could management tell him to maybe put down dinner first, wash his hands and then serve me. It's very off putting and I do like the place they just need to make sure all staff are on top of their hygiene practices please and thank you.
The lady owner verbally abused me and I overlooked this but will never attend this place again. Also I have been told the ingredients used are very sub par in order to cut costs and maximise profit.
Pizza is okay but too oily.absolutely no need to include those single use plastic tables on every pizza.definitely not the quality it used to have.
Unfortunate that this is the only local pizza place, food is inconsistent in quality. Would not recommend.
