Ankara Kebabs & Bakery

I love the meat box here. But the garlic sauce has changed to some yucky garlic mayo, basically ruining everything. Please change it back to a yogurt based garlic sauce. It will make it a 5 star meat box. Please and thank you.

Worst food and really unprofessional staff, once my guy went there to pickup food for uber eats and this guy at the shop tried threatening him for giving them a bad review it's so messed up, you can't threaten anyone like that, it's not IRAQ bro.

Ordered the butter chicken on uber eats and they literally gave us microwaved butter chicken that you buy from the frozen section at the supermarket. To make matters worse I work at woolies and know exactly what microwave meal brand it was. Pretty dissapointing for $15.90 when I could've got it for $7.

Under cooked food, highly unprofessional behaviour, poor service. Overall experience was bad. Don’t recommend anyone to waste your money.

The owner is too rude and hygiene problems with staff some biological diseases as well, its not good for the child's and adults health be aware of all those things and hopefully they will sort out the things,

Extremely worst food guys their food quality is very low and I got my stomach disorder after eating their food, they don't change their fryer oil for months.very unhygienic kitchen. I'm Uber driver and I know well about them.

Food was good, had a wrap. The veggies were are more in which is used to fill it up so it looks big, It should have a bit more meat in it and not more veggies. Place is kept clean, has decent amount of seating capacity, inside and outside. Staff were friendly and courteous. A good place to grab a quick bite on the go.

BEST KEBABS IN PERTH SADLY I GAVE THEM 3 MORE CHANCES, was worse than the last one, I MISS MY fav KEBABS, gave 3 stars honestly should of been 1 star, i wish i new why from 5stars 10 years to 1 star in 3weeks, i hate complaining hey may be owners will read this, im craving a kebab, im going to shop around take care everyone

So sad to see an institution like this go down the gurgler. Been coming for 20 years and since they changed hands quality has become terrible. Disinterested staff who quarrel among themselves and serve small, below par food. Kebabs are now greasy, full of gristle and very shoddily made. So very sad, don't want tour time and money.

They received 1 star as i could not put 0. I ordered a meatbox off ubereats. The sauces were completely wrong not a single one was what i ordered. Uber eats could not help me as the restaurant was at fault.i called them and asked them how they could compensate for the mistake. The man told me that he would make another and send it my way. I waited 40 minutes before calling again as i live atleast 15 minutes away. When i called again the man didn’t understand a single thing i said and i had to explain everything again, when he told me that he could not do anything to help me.i then asked for a refund to which he told me he could not do as he didn’t know how.i don’t know why he wouldn’t know how to simply refund an order at the store he works at.either the staff is shockingly undertrained or he did not want to refund the order. So basically i was stuck with a meatbox i could not eat, and i waited around for 40 minutes just to be told he could not do anything for the mistake he made. Then he told me to order again on UE, i don’t know why he thinks i would pay twice just to risk the same thing happening again.i ended up ordering off LITTLE LEBANON CAFE in osborne park.their service, food, portions and prices are amazing.if you are reading this go to little lebanon, do not waste your money here

Not sure if under new management. But this place USED to be soo good. I would say one of the best in perth. Now it is terrible

Ankara was once the best kebab in Australia. But this has changed. In Jan 2023 I ordered a chicken kebab double meat with the lot. Once upon a time this would have been big juicy and delicious! Now it’s sad small and dry. Shockingly disappointing!

Had a chicken kebab and mixed meat box delivered, 10/10 all around. Kebab bread was fresh and fluffy, good chips and meat was packed with spices and flavour?

Gone from one of the best to just terrible. The kababs are cold. Not because they have cooled down but because they were never hot. It's really disappointing as we've been coming there for 25 years.

Have started coming back here over the last few months. They are friendly, flexible, clean and do good size serves.

Ricky the owner was so accommodating. Really hungry around 2: 30am and didn’t want to go the usual route of maccas, so drove from Duncraig and they just closed but Ricky made us chicken and doner kebabs and it was soooo good! Highly recommend even for the awesome Service! Thanks Ricky and will be back for sure!

Look, I’ve been drunk many a time. And many a time I’ve given Ankara the benefit of the doubt. At least three times, it has not been able to satiate even my drunk needs.
The chips are literally “cheese on chips”, the kebab has not a considerable amount of sauce on it. It is the saddest kebab I’ve ever had - ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS.
After three attempts; I can safely say I will never go back.
Go to any of the other options down the street and don’t settle for less

5 of us ordered kebabs, mine was a fish kebab with sour cream and sweet chilli! Best kebab ever… the guys serving us were £ucking legends, would for sure!
