Great location and clean environment. Clinical nurses and staffs are very polite. Helpful and they look after you. Thank you for your great effort and services you provided to the people with medical treatment.

Dr. Justin did a great job with my mum's health examination. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff members were great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance as well. Satisfy with their services. Thank you @Anita Clayton Centre

The worst clinic I have ever been.
Just a day before I got appointment that I have to be there next day at 11 am.
I went there and wait an hour to get doctor.
Doctor sent me another clinic to get some stuff done. I went to the clinic. But, they say they don't do this stuff, and recommend to talk to a doctor again.
How horrible experience it is where even doctor doesn't know where she is sending me. I wait another hour to get another clinic. There is no parking, so I paid $17 just for nothing. It is wastage of time, I took off from work for nothing!

They have the rudest, uncaring staff on the phones. Unwilling to help or answer questions. Made several phone calls, using different approaches, still as rude, lazy and unhelpful.they wouldn't care if you were dying.

Slow. Over an hour’s wait for a simple follow up check. Do NOT give 20 appointments in a day if you can’t handle more than 10. No one’s got hours of free time to spare like that. 10-15 minutes is excusable but this much wait is utterly ridiculous and shows absolutely poor organisation.

Very poor service and its always happening with me. Sometimes i have to pay 2 or 3 times parking fees just because of their poor management. I have visited 4 times and its always like that.

Just amazing.staff are very helpful.i have never seen such good service in any government clinic. 10 out of 10 in everything
