Asked to get a nail fixed and was told three times after going in store to come back. All three times I did they still did not take me. Not very professional

It’s a tiny little nail salon and doesn’t look flash at all, HOWEVER, the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was lovely and really good at their jobs. I would definitely go back for another pedicure. The staff seems so honestly care about the service they provide:)

Went there for a manicure and gel nails.
The whole procedure was quite quick but I think a little overpriced for what I got. The manicure was done quick, cuticles could have been taken more care of.
Got gel on my natural nails, in total I reckon it was 4 coats, two little stones on each hand and a charm, which was 70$, while the girl next to me was quoted 100$ for a full extra long set of acrylic nails.
Design was cute and well done, stones unfortunately fell off not even after a week, and I unfortunately had some of the gel kind of pilling in the corner of the nails.

Super friendly and did a great job of fixing my nails for me. Thankyou! I will be back if I’m ever in perth again!

The tech made really high quality work, I never had perfect nail polish like this. All of the ladies were very kind and they are professional. I highly recommend this team

Finally I found this place in a city that offers excellent nails of the highest quality! They are a small family business but they know how to treat their clients and I am really happy for the first time. Wonderful experience. Will be back

Unhygienic. The nail files and heel file had been used and they returned them to their trolley to use again (see photo).

This place is a fantastic salon in Perth that is fairly priced and does an excellent job. The salon is both comfortable and hygienic. I will definitely return.

Have been coming here regularly for over a year now and I will keep coming, and I recommend to everyone who asks. Staff are very kind and accommodating. Great prices for the level of service and skill. Particularly happy with my ongoing acrylic extensions. They get the shape and profile perfect every time, and they don't mangle my cuticles!

Everyone there is so nice. I typically go at 3: 30pm and it is super quiet which is good - sometimes it can be very busy. I got my old acrylics removed and then had a new set applied. They were incredibly efficient and adjusted everything depending on what I said. This set took just over an hour which is amazing.
I recently damaged a nail at work, and I told them this and they were very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would 100% without a doubt recommend this place - especially to people new to acrylics etc. Just make sure to explain what you want (showing a photo helps) and they should be able to help. They are also quite affordable for people who go to university/school etc. However, they only take cash after 4pm which can be a pain, but in the end it is worth it
They also take walk-ins in the afternoon when it isn’t so busy.

It was my first time, the ladies were so lovely and I am very happy with the outcome of my nails, they look amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

Catered for my poor lack of time management and did the best SNS with tips in the fastest time ever! Only took 30 mins. Best place ever! Definitely go to this place:)

Amazing customer service. Went for a full set of acrylics with a design they hadn't tried before, and so pleased with the results and price! Will definitely be returning.
