The piercer I had was lovely and I was happy with my result and have no problem with the service itself! Only problem I had was how long I had to wait. The piercer was very quick and efficient! It only took 5 minutes but in total I was left waiting 45 minutes after my booked appointment time, the customer that was in before me came at the same time I did and was very chatty which I get isn’t staffs fault necessarily but it did mess with my schedule for that day if you do book in here just make sure you have extra time to work w:)

Went in the other day to purchase a new ball for my septum piercing and a gold septum piercing. The person gave me the wrong size ball and wrong size piercing. Way too big for me. Went in to exchange or get a refund and was told that they couldn’t do anything for me except give me 10% off my next purchase. The lady serving was apologetic, but I’ve still lost $40 because of someone else’s mistake. Not happy. Need to revisit your policies.

I did nose piercing in this place and went to change the nose stud, I requested her to show the nose stud that I choose, it’s inside the plastic bag, and refused to show me by saying that you will steal from us if I show you form outside the bag.she is so much disrespectful without any reason.

Literally cannot get over how helpful and accomodating these guys are. From helping pick the jewellery, popping it aside for my appointment and dealing with me changing my mind constantly. I can’t thank you enough!

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Angel. Professional, helpful and always happy to help. I have been pierced by Natasha many times and will always recommend her to anyone looking for a new piercing.

I have to say I’m not a piercing person (prefer tattoos) and I get a lot of anxiety when it comes to needles.
If you are the same I couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

The lady who served me to begin with (wish I got her name) she had darker hair was so amazing and understanding and talked me through what would happen.

My piercer (Sha) was the best piercer I’ve ever had in my entire life, she also talked me through what would happen and made sure I was okay every step of the way, she was easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable through the entire process.

I find all of the staff so knowledgeable, warm and professional at Angel Carousel. Sha pierced me today and I was blown away by how well they communicated what they were doing, made me feel like I had some control in the process and make me feel completely safe. Got to my appointment on time, but staff was dealing with other customers so I waited for them to finish, when the staff member went up to me I mentioned I had a booking, after checking she said it was too late for the appointment despite me actually being there on time, she suggested to rebook later in the day which was 3 hours of waiting in the shops, I then said that maybe we could book it another day as I have other things to do in the day, the staff then mentioned there would be a cancellation fee even though I wasn’t cancelling an appointment and I wasn’t even late to the appointment and it was the staffs fault I missed the appointment time by a few minutes as they were dealing with another customer. I didn’t want to pay for a cancellation fee so I waited in the shop for the 3 hours and the lady who pierced my ear was great and did a good job, but as a first experience the customer service was atrocious.

Fab customer service! I had my first visit a while ago and the team just made me feel super comfortable and relaxed - i have been coming back ever since. I’ve been pierced by El a couple times now and she is so amazing at what she does and is always happy to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend ️

It’s been about 6-7months sense iv had my nipples pierced, they did an amazing job healed perfect of course if you keep on top of keeping them clean it was a nice quick job and I was very comfortable there.

For me it was the worst place I ever been the guy was very rude he treated me very bad and when I was asking for nose ring he didn’t allowed me to touch it. If he can’t do customer service why they get job for those kind of people I will never go back

UPDATE:
Went back and got my piercing done. The staff that helped me was very professional and made sure I knew what to expect at every stage of the piercing.

This time around it was a good experience, nice and quick.

Make sure you eat 4 hours prior to the piercing, apparently it is written somewhere when you book the appointment but I still couldn't find it when I made this booking.

Amazing service as always! Super happy with my new piercings. Ellie did such a fantastic job, I didn't even feel a thing. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. Looking forward to coming back soon
