The quality of the food was dismal. The service was slow and when the wrong order was received we were asked if we wanted the wrong food instead. Definitely not very happy overall.

Nice food, but you have to make sure you don't ask for more than 2 or 3 types of sources. Otherwise, you have to pay extra money

Coming from someone who grew up on Turkish food I’ve never had such a bad experience eating.
The chicken is wet and runny and seasoned weirdly
The food is also extreamllyyyyyy pricey and the bread isn’t home made.

One of the best kebabs I’ve ever had! The falafel was delicious, the bread was warm, soft and crunchy, and the salad was fresh and the sauce was tasty.also the first time I’ve had a kebab in australia during the day time, so I wasn’t expecting it to hit just as good as a 3am post-clubbing kebab but it so did.the staff were lovely as well. 100% recommend (especially if you’re vego)!

Long wait hours. Ordered a meat box and the meat and chips weren’t even seasoned and the sauce provided was so little. Not going back

The kebabs at this restaurant were bursting with delightful flavors, and the staff's were very attentive and quick. I highly recommend it (especially chicken kebab and chips with gravy.)

Firstly customer service was null and void I was met at the register by a sour faced lady who looked at me like I just stole her first born child
I asked for a salad meat box with all salads
Not informed we don't have tabouleh
Instead proceed with my order
Upon receiving my order I enquired about the lack of tabouleh
Oh we don't have any left
We can just give you another scoop next time
4 people behind the counter 2 doing nothing yet no said tabouleh
I could swim to china in the sauce covering my meat
My box consisted of half lettuce and onion 4 half slices of tomato enough sauce to drown in and overtake any flavour the meat that existed may have actually had.
$15 wasted.
Safe to say there will not be a next time!

Not fresh and pretty overpriced. Gozleme are premade and just heated up.
Not impressed with the kebab either, $16.50 the chicken was really chewy and bread ripped apart as I was eating. $2 for a single egg which was also precooked and stored in the cool section with the salads.

Went there today for lunch jan 21st 2023. The food was awesome and so fresh. Loved how tidy and clean the shop looked. A credit to the owner and staff.

Was disappointed ordered chicken kebab with the lot was not fresh pita bread was like card board and stale.

Love having a box kebab with chips and cheese. First time experiencing meat that was tasteless, pretty much paid $14 for some chips and cheese.

My first and last time here. Ordered a vegetarian gozleme and got something very disappointing for a place that advertises 'fine turkish cuisine'. The pastry should be thin with a filling of spinach/silverbeet, fetta, garlic, shredded cheese and seasoning. What I got was thick turkish bread with an unpalatable filling and definitely no feta in there!
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

One star as the food was tasty however it was rather over priced at $14 for a chicken kebab not including extras. The most disturbing thing was the manager proceeded to hand a phone to the young girl that was preparing my food. She took a phonecall in full sight of their customers. Thankfully another girl continued preparing my food however i noticed the girl returning did not replace her gloves and kept working. Continuing to prepared food after handling a mobile device is absolutely disgusting food hygiene practice. Ultimately this falls on the manager, clearly his standards are low as he was joking around and didnt seem botherd about anything. Absolutely appalling behaviour from a senior staff member especially during a pandemic. I will not be back, future customers beware.

Cannot fault the place. The meat box was absolutely delicious, and their baklava is to die for. Absolutely great.

Didn’t enjoy the gozleme. Bland and dry. Pastry too thick resulting in parts of uncooked pastry. Filling was not enough either. Couldn’t finish half of it. Waste of money

Honestly a pretty stingy kebab store, paid $1.50 extra for cheese to only receive the tiniest sprinkle, even saw new staff get told off for putting a good decent amount before. The prices for what you get is already not worth it. The staff is also quite rude. Honestly can a better kebab shop replace this place cause sadly it’s the only kebab store in the centre

Service was really good, the staff there are very friendly and quick.
We ordered a meatbox and kebab, both were delicious and very filling.
The spices on the chicken were amazing.
Definitely will be going back.

Not fine Turkish food. Over cooked (burnt) and tasteless. Had to use the lemon to cover up the burnt taste.

Amazing Gozleme from this place, and polite staff! Highly recommended for anyone wanting good turkish food.

Tasty and satisfying, and they press their kebabs shut to keep them from falling open as you eat! I don't know many places that do that.
