9 Rude and confrontational staff member - the large old bald guy with glasses. Asked for a hand with our gas swap and he started kicking off saying he’s too busy. We’d just paid $45 for a gas swap and he couldn’t spare a couple of minutes. He was also unnecessarily rude to the young staff lady that was helping us and told her to stop.
The other staff members working there started to ignore me when he was shouting, so he’s probably got anger issues that they want no part of.
Eventually he advised I go to a nearby shop for some tools - which is all he needed to say in the first place!
Feel sorry for everyone that works there and has to exist around him
This is would have been five stars however I turned up for a gas bottle refill and was told I can’t have it filled. If I don’t carry it in when I advised I had a sore back and I couldn’t do that. I was told that’s the law and that’s what I have to do. However, when I was about to drive off staff member came out and said that I could just have it filled if I go and pay and a great staff member filled it and put it back in the caravan for me which was amazing. Just a shame that this service wasn’t like that from the start so full of stars for You
If there was a minus for this business I'd give it a minus 5. Fuel pumps are badly labelled and all handles are black. Diesel pump handles are normally black. 11 wrong fuels in one day confirm there's an issue.
Sign outside say Ampol but would not accept my Ampol voucher. If you claim to be independent, don’t have a sign outside saying Ampol to mislead customers. Rude staff.
No washers (or broken ones) for windscreens or water bottles for radiators/washer fill even though it's a legal requirement. Staff on day didn't seem to care. Fuel price high compared to others in area
Friendly and helpful staff. I left my CC in the machine and they brought it out just before I drove off.
Go to the 24hr fuel station down the road. I understand they have staff wages but they're price gouging the tourists
Got a bacon egg cheese wrap made with tomato sauce. They obliterated the wrap with about 200mL of tomato sauce. Inedible.
