Been in twice now since January with some Minor issues with my aids.the receptionist Karen is so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and she is so easy to talk & communicate with over the phone. Her mannerism, tone of voice is bright & friendly. Karen was helpful & solved the problem, made an appointment for me to see Alice to iron out some struggles I’ve been having with hearing correctly to certain sounds. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Keep up the great work Karen on reception at Wanneroo.
