Amico Cafe

I ordered two pizzas & gnocchi at a cost of $104. The serve of gnocchi was very small & our pizzas were cold. I rang to complain but was put on hold for several minutes as the manager was busy. I then rang back & again was put on hold for several minutes as the manager was busy. I rang back again & spoke to Lara who said the manager was again busy dealing with other customers. When I asked for email address & manager's name, I was told I couldn't have manager's name. Lara stated this is what she was told to say by the manager who would not speak to me. I have been to the restaurant on several occasions, l have recommended friends & colleagues to eat there & have ordered takeaway on several occasions. I am very disappointed. How strange to be treated this way.

Superb pizzas! Love the texture of the pizza dough. Great smoothies and coffee. Will be back.

Nice place to stop on a sunny Saturday. Food is not bad and it has that authentic feel about it.

Found this gem through an Italian friend that lives nearby and it has all the typical features you would find in an italian pizzeria: courtesy, attentive and lovely customer service, contained price and a delicious pizza. The service was really friendly and the quality of food was superior to lots of other pizzerias around, ie the ham was sliced from a whole one and absolutely not that low quality shredded ham you find in some places. Definitely worth the price and also highly recommended.

We ordered a salmon pasta. It was so fishy. Told the staff but they replied that is normal. We didn't finish it anymore after each has a bite. We still have to pay full for it. Overall, food quality has dropped. Only the gelato is still good.

Good quality pizza, Unfortunately they are giving priority to the Uber eats orders and having dinning in customer waiting. 45 minutes wait

I am so impressed on how good the pizza dough is! Reminds me of the pizza I had in Napoli! Definitely my favourite spot for pizza from now on! Must try quattro formaggi!

The food is good and service is very friendly. Grace is so accommodating with a beautiful smile. It’s our second time and we will definitely come back.

Should be no stars. Ordered 2 chai lattes about 2 months ago and the cups were a little over half full. So disappointed after 2 months thought should at least give them another go
I ordered cake to take away think supposed be ricotta cake so so hard had cut it with a knife not ordering again so expensive you don't mind spending the money but when the goods are awful not wasting my money.

My friends, my family and I have been coming here for about five years now. We enjoy the breakfasts served at the weekend, the pizza, the gelato, and the coffee.
I'm like good coffee and with so many places to get great coffee in Perth, it's easy to drop a place that serves mediocre or ordinary coffee. The coffee here ranks in my top three. I surf at Trigg beach and there are coffee places nearby but I would always rather drive here just for the coffee. Do try the summer expresso.
My family and friends also enjoy good pizza and there are many good pizza restaurants in Perth. But it's hard to go past the lunctime pizza specials that will feed two unless they are extremely hungry. There is wide variety and food and coffee for two for about $20 is a great deal.
We especially love the crust. Getting the right ratio of topping to crust is crucial to good pizza and Amico do this especially well.
The group I surf with have been here twice for lunch, about 25 people each time, and no one has ever not had a great feed.
The staff cope very well with our many and varied coffee orders and the mix of pizza that we order to share.
In fact, quite a few have gone back with their family and friends.
The gelato is always worth a try if you can find the room.
Credit cards are accepted and there is usually plenty of parking nearby.

Italian style crust soft inside and crusty on the outside, cooked to perfection, ingredients’ quality and quantity perfect and genuine.

Amico Cafe' you saved my Morning Today! I was too late to make breakfast and lunch box for my son thus I called Amico Cafe and ordered our breakfast and an ham and cheese Croissant from my son's lunch. 15 minutes late I was at the Cafe for picking things up and not only I found a very friendly staff who, understanding that I was such in a hurry, handed out all I ordered and made me paid in a blink of of an eye. While driving to school my son and I were finally having our first bit of what was the most amazing custard croissant that I had ever had. THanks again for facilitating my morning with such a smile! Love the food and all your friendly staff! For whom who doesn't know Amico Cafe, Amico Cafe is an amazing pizzeria and gelateria! Their pizza is sublime and their gluten free version is incredibly good! Their gelato is made with real ingredients and taste like a great one you can get in Italy. But let’s talk about the owner and the staff! What a team! They are super friendly and super customer oriented! I love going there for the food and for the people! I can’t talk highly enough about Amico Cafe. Just go there and experience for yourself.

Beautiful pizza as always, and amazing service, we drive about 45 minutes to come here and it’s always worth it!

Waited 50 minutes for (small) plate of lasagne and Greek salad after constantly being told our order was next only to see others who came later get their meals and takeaway orders being made up. Food very ordinary and certainly did not warrant the wait. No apologies just excuses trying to justify the inexcusable. Will definately avoid this place.
