We have been sending our family cars for repairs at AME for a while now but stopped due to overcharging and poor quality of parts. For example, my husband was charged for CV Driveshaft assembly (2 units) $1289 at the end of last year but it was found to be faulty and had to be replaced by the RAC authorised repairer when the car broke down due to the CV Driveshaft in October this year.

Once again Anthony, Johnny and all the guys at AME Automotive have worked wonders to get my car up and running. You can always guarantee honest appraisal, great workmanship.

Had a service that ran in to unexpected problems. Anthony and his team looked after me really Well. A trustworthy business.

AME Auto done my vehicle inspection to get it re-licensed.

Anthony got me in on short notice and even accommodated me for running late in the morning.
The communication from them was great, even calling before attending to any repairs for the go ahead and explaining everything clearly that was required,
They all had a great attitude and were very helpful.
Prices are very reasonable

even though some things on the car were not 100% meaning minor things needed to be addressed it’s understandable!

Not everyone has patience and after my experience I personally feel their bad inspection reviews were from people in a stressful situation and resorted to a bad review on this company to make themselves feel better.as they are here to provide a honest job for repairs under the Law and with doing so,
it’s maintaining a safe environment for other road users.

I’ll be recommending them to family & friends.
I’ll also back to finish the repairs and be using them as my regular mechanic.

Overall, they are good, but forget to wash and Vacuum my car, next due service sticker was also missed. I had to come back to get the sticker fixed. 5 Star for the staff rating as staff is really helpful.

Had my Mazda 3 towed there because Anthony told me he could do the job much cheaper than the Mazda dealership. Rang me later in the day to tell me job was costing $2350. Much more than I expected. Won't be using them again.

Top notch service. Called me to explain the extras needed, didn't just go ahead and do anything without my approval. Even cleaned my car that had difficult to remove tree sap down one side.
Would highly recommend!

Had my VW European car service here for the first time recently. Loved the customer service and they honoured the multiple discounts from their webpage. Nice touch with the wash/vac/bag of lollies and smelly tree means ill now be bringing the Mrs car to you as well for new tyres and wheel alignment in Perth! Thanks again great value for money.

I took my car to AME in Canning Vale for a transmission module to be fitted. Part was expensive but I spoke to Anthony and I ended up getting a good deal. The work on my car was done to my satisfaction and is now running much better. Thank you

Received a service today and was very happy with the results. Good service and was so nice to have my car returned cleaned inside and out! Bag of lollies which was unexpected and some fuel vouchers. I will be back for future services

Needed an inspection and some repairs in order to renew and pass our rego. They were kind enough to fit us in quickly. However, the communication with them wasn’t great. They didn’t call when they said they would and also didn’t communicate when the car would be finished, which led to an annoying situation for us.

I have delt with these guys for years and will continue to. They communicate well about issues with your vehicle and are always friendly.

First class job in our car (Peugeot 4007 diesel). Good prices, friendly staff and excellent problem solving and communications. We will be using again. Highly recommend

I've been to AME half year ago for general service, I was happy with that, so recently when my car engine light was flashing, I just wanna bring my car to there instead of other repair shop. I rang them and left my car to them on Monday for engine inspection and full service. I got a call from them on the same day saying engine has no problem so they just fixed other stuff. On Tuesday, I was so surprised that the engine light flashed again.so I called them again and they ask me to bring the car on Wednesday morning for boss inspection. I arrived there around 730am and the boss only there at 8am (no one told me the boss will only be there at 8am on the phone) so I kept waiting there. The boss found my car engine had misfire issue.at the end they helped me fixed the engine and I waited there for 2.5 hours.

The good thing is the engine got fix but I am disappointed why they cannot find my engine issue when I left my car for engine inspection and car service on Monday. Not sure are the staffs not well trained or they did not take my case seriously.

Rude, didn't do what I wanted done to my car. They claimed to do a steering alignment but the steering wheel was not aligned to the wheels what so ever. Took it to another mechanic and all the fluids AME apparently replaced failed a quality check. They replaced missing tail shaft bolts with diffrent bolts to the ones that were already in, so I had to pay another mechanic to get all matching tail shaft bolts.

Poor old Nick, oh I mean Anthony, boy does he work hard. Constantly attached to the phone on his head. Great job guys, got my unregistered car back on the road. Cudos to the mechanics out the back. Would have given 5 stars but Anthony you need help to stay on track. Get someone to do your diary so you don't forget. And remember to have some time for smelling the roses.

I alway see AME loan car on the road, thought I give them a try! My first time here at AME for servicing my spare car. Was very impressed! Although they let another gentleman cut on my Q when I was waiting to be serve but they did apologized for that little incident. Pick up my car around 4ish $200 service with free $40 fuel card, free wash, car scent, bag of lollies and even a loan car! What else can you ask for! Good value! Good service! Our two others family cars one to Honda and One to Bmw, of course BMW no doubt with the service! But I would say AME beat Honda for servicing! Keep up the good work

AME is a trustworthy and busy workshop for good reason.
They are fast and efficient and fair.
I was touched by the extra lengths they went to in order to make sure I was ok.
Plus my car was immaculate inside and out.
For anyone needing to get treated with kindness and respect, regardless of your general car knowledge, I recommend!

Excellent Mechanics! I had a few issues with my 16 year old car which resulted in several visits to AME.not that I'm complaining.
Anthony was such a pleasure to deal with. He is professional yet friendly, and somehow made me feel like his no. 1 customer. The whole team are well organised, knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices aren't over the top and the loan cars are a nice bonus. A+
