Had a dreadful experience at this pharmacy today. I felt humiliated, shamed and felt I was discriminated against and judged due to the comments and remarks made by the owner pharmacist and the whole situation. It wasn’t my fault at all. There was a lot of implied comment and I had been careful to fully explain The problem was caused by an action performed by the chemist at the time of dispensing. I will be following up this very distasteful, belittling and inappropriate treatment.

Great service and friendly pharmacist. I went there today for my annual flu shot and the pharmacist was fantastic.

How can I give a zero. My experience with Terry White at Floreat Forum this morning was appalling to put it as kindly as the customer service deserves. Firstly, being told the wait for my prescription would be 15-20 minutes in what appeared a quiet store was the first issue, but I am a patient person and I'm sure other customers prescriptions were ahead of mine. After some shopping at the supermarket I returned about 20 minutes later. The customer service assistant was great and polite. When she told me the price of my medication was 2.5 times what I always pay, I questioned it, but also advised that all other Terry White Chemists, my local and another close to home charge a lot less, which I had spoken to the owner of this Chemist about in the past, which he accepted and changed the price to the standard RRP on this medication. Today, the Pharmacist in charge (not the owner) gave me a lecture about Chemist Warehouse and if customers choose to go there then that's what killing the suburban pharmacies like there's. I pointed out that I have never paid more for this prescription but understood the price increase on every consumable. I was then advised she could reduce the price but absolutely I was not going to have the medicine for the normal price I pay every month. I do not appreciate having my time wasted, nor should I be lectured about the impact of pharmacies by larger competitors for which I am opposed to, hence the reason I am standing in your store giving you my business like I have dozens of times working local to their store. My family pays thousands per year the pharmacy industry which we'd prefer to spend on other things, so I'm sorry If I dont show sympathy to your multi billion dollar industry profits.

I booked a vaccination appointment and during the pre-screening was left shocked with the chemist’s rudeness and lack of basic knowledge about the eligibility requirements - in her words “I don’t know very much”.

Overpriced, with medication, bought iron tablets the other day $8 more expensive than anywhere else.
Never visiting them again.

Quick service which can't be faulted. But absolute absolute rip off.

Got a box of famotidine, which they fleeced me $23.70 out of. Chemist warehouse charges $7.39. My fault for not just walking out though. Never going back unless an absolute emergency.

The male pharmacist is incredibly rude and aggressive. He severely over reaches in his medical advice. I have filed complaint to the Pharmacy Board of Australia about him. I would avoid dealing with him if you can.

Nice shop and nice staff, but one of pharmacists is very rude and unhelpful! Never go there again.
