The staff in this s pharmacy are the most amazing people who will do whatever they can and is within their abilities to help their customers. It honestly made me think of them more as a family than team members.

Very rude & abrupt service from one staff member!
Possibly needing a new career path not involving contact with the public.

What a great bunch of staff. Went with a phone script on behalf of someone else and could not get the script filled due to shortages of antibiotics. The Chemist called the surgery and got sent a new script for a different antibiotic. The Chemist went above and beyond.

Great service, helpful knowledgeable and happy to research when they dont know or are uncertain.

I have been going to this chemist for years without a problem til Tuesday when I urgently needed a Ventolin inhaler as I’d lost mine and was having difficulty breathing.
When I came in and asked me for one a newish staff member demanded my ID and I asked why, cause I’d never had to do that before. She practically bit my head off saying that ‘it’s the law’. I said when and why did this happen as it’s never happened to me and I urgently need one. She again but me head off and said ‘people haven’t been using their inhalers properly now stand over there and wait! ’
I was not rude to her and feel it’s a reasonable question to ask that she could e explained quite simply instead of making me feel like I was trying to do something criminal.

Friendly helpful staff with a variety of products in stock. Convenient location close to the car park and you can do some shopping or have a coffee while waiting for prescriptions. Social distancing rules respected. They even had dog shampoo, conditioner and soothing cream for sensitive itchy skin on dogs. Solved the irritation on my dogs skin.

Regular visitor here for my happy pills and i cant fault the service or price. Second only to Atkinsons Armadale Pharmacy in the Jull Street Mall

I thought I'd give this place a go after continual disappointment with my usual pharmacy for getting my regular scripts. Met with an irritable, perfunctory assistant to the the point of rudeness. First and last time. They had a chance to make a regular customer out of me. I won't bother again.

Staff are always very helpful, polite and if you don't understand medical wise they go out of there way to take the time to explain it to you, even give you a print out so you can take home. Only chemist I go to now and definitely recommend to anyone.

Didn't purchase anything as pharmacist I found was rude and they also didn't have what i needed in stock, will not be back anytime soon

All the staff are so helpful and courteous go above and beyond every time I am there. Best chemist I have ever had dealings with.
