Engaged with Shaun to quote the system which was seamless. The crew on the day of install showed up on time, and performed the install quickly and professionally. At times it felt like I was on The Block with the number of trades around. All in all, a great experience.

Installation was good using current recommendations e.g. Height. Electrician was good. Overall, happy. Tested product. Heats recommended area m2.

Our experience with Ambience Air was incredible. From the initial quote, contact, preparation and installation - it was flawless. They were very professional and all their installers and tradies were on time, clean and lovely to deal with. Lovely local business that really look after their customers. I could not be happier with the whole process and love our new air conditioning system.

Aftersales service has been appalling. Never had such bad service in my life. I won't be recommending this company to any more of my friends or family.

The Ambience Air team, arrived on time and started right away, regardless of the awful cold rain that day. On completion they had cleaned up after them selves. I have used this company three times and they never let us down.

We bought a new system for our house twice the size of our old system, after a lot of back and forth with date changes we finally had it installed (after we sold our house) the instal ran over time. The final product was terrible almost no air coming out of the vents at all! Way worse than our old smaller system. When ambience came out to check the problem they confirmed it was all installed correctly. We are so glad we are not the ones using the system. Never ever again will we use ambience air

Awful experience. We were quoted a 2 day install with delivery of product the day prior. The job blew out to a 5 day install over a period of 3 weeks.
The ducted system never generated the air flow that was designed.
All the work was sub contracted so we had to personally continuously reach out to the sub contractor to keep booking in dates and times to complete the job.
The installed damaged out gutters with their ladder and still have not repaired and ambience air won’t assist us or help. The completed product does not heat/ cool one of the rooms quoted to be ventilated.
Would not recommend using this service- our damage concern with ambience is still ongoing. We call every 2 weeks and they forget who we are and openly display they don’t care.
Very disappointing. We paid for a product and had their assurance but got delivered something far sub standard.

I highly recommend Ambience Air if you are looking to install air conditioning to your home. It was extremely easy and stress free. They came to my house quickly to scope the house and sent a quote the same day. GMG Electrical and Air Conditioning Services had the contract for the install and the guys were very professional and polite. They left my house spotless. I was very impressed.

Ambience air, were great, I paid a deposit 6 months prior to installation due to my house getting constructed, as soon as I was due for key handover aircon was installed within a couple of weeks, I purchased a ducted reverse cycle aircon with 5 zones, it was installed and all the mess cleaned within 4 hours. We recently had a Panasonic 12.5kw reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning system installed via Ambience Air, Joondalup. The sales manager Mike Munro was very thorough with his explanation of what system would best suit our needs. He answered our many questions to our satisfaction. The dealings we had with Renae of their office were very professional, prompt and friendly. Mike initially brought to our attention that we possibly needed an upgrade of amps to our power supply/meter box before installation. This proved to be correct and although it added to the cost, we were grateful that there were no nasty surprised on the day of installation. Other companies did not bring this to our attention.
The upgrade was done by the same electrical contractor GMG Electrical & Air-Conditioning who did the full installation 2 weeks later. The team of Sheldon, Sean, Tyrone, Reece & Tim co-ordinated the installation like clockwork and within a few hours it was all completed and we were instructed on how to use the MyAir5 control panel. They were careful and no mess was left behind.
Our 25 year old BreezeAir evaporative air-conditioner which served us well over the years, was dismantled and removed prior to the installation.
The service we have received from the team at Advantage Air (components) was and continues to be of a high standard.
Ambience Air, Joondalup and the above mentioned associated companies are highly recommended. They have assured us that their after sales service is also of a high standard.

Ambience Air Joondalup were fantastic from the first contact on the phone to organize a quote for a full ducted air con system. Shaun was on time, professional and left a quote with a few options of systems suitable all in the initial visit to property. The process of accepting the quote to organising installation date was easy. The communication trail within the company was excellent, on the day of installation Peter and the install team were very courteous and the team were so well organised. On completion of the install there was no mess and the quality of the job was 5 stars! Would 100% recommend this company.

The lads were lovely & worked great as a team & passed everything by me before they did it. They were professional & friendly & covered furniture & cleaned up! Then explained how to use system. The job was done quicker then expected really pleased with it & would definitely recommend them. Thankyou! So happy!

On the day of installation we were told our electrical run was longer than the 20m allowed by Ambience Air and told we would be charged extra for an electrical run, I asked to be shown the cable, they sent me fake photos so I asked them to show me the cable at my house. They tried to charge me for 29m and it was only 26m so if this happens to you I recommend you ask to see the extra cable. I wouldn't have bothered to write a review based on this alone but.

I received an invoice this morning (20/12/21) after the extra pipe Cover that I'm paying for was installed and extra electrical cable was amended to 26m (no apology for trying to cheat me) and was told by Renae if I don't pay with credit card right now my system will cut off tomorrow as it's been 21 days and if my bank transfer payment hasn't cleared they will not give me the code and I will be without airconditioning for a couple of days. HOW DARE YOU THREATEN YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!

I rang Marnie on the 3/12/21 for an invoice and she never sent anything as my job was not completed until this morning when the custom pipe Cover was installed and the air con had also been cutting out so they changed a CAT6 POE cable and said that should fix the problem.

I have used Ambience Air 4 times now in my Floreat house, Stirling house, Churchlands house and most recently at my Wembley Downs house and their service has really dropped. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, I recommend Everest Air instead who I used to install aircon in my Yokine house.

Ambience air was the only company that promptly replied to quote request, and have quickly replied to any questions. Nothing too much trouble. Great communication. Installers were great, no mess tidy work and very quick. System seems to have been installed very well. I’m still waiting on a quote from some other companies!

Overall I had a very good experience and service from them. Mike gave us a competitive price on our unit, Renae from office was helpful and Pete the installer was very polite and tidy. Very happy with their service.
