I bought a table a week ago and it’s now gone on sale. I spoke with the team and I was advised that I could come in and get refunded the difference of $600! They were excellent!

The usual amart stuff but bit of a pain having to travel to a different location to pick up your purchase

Amart Daz was just lovely, even though it was coming to the end of his shift he remained bright, bubbly and chatty. 10/10 assistance with the mattress will definitely be coming by to see Amart Daz again.

Nice clean store, good protocols and procedures available, unfortunately a lack of management makes both being a customer and/or employee of amart very tedious. I believe there is alot to improve on with instore management and communication between managers, floor salesman and administration. Will not be purchasing from this store again nor will I offer to work with/for amart furniture in the future.

My partner and I went in and spoke to Kellie she wasn't pushy and really helpful with our questions. She went above and beyond this customer service getting rare. Thank you

In store service was good and certain commitments made re- delivery assistance. But delivery and follow up was terrible. Delivery was set for between 10 - 2 but when contacted, twice was told delivery was already completed. Bit difficult to miss a bloody Queen size mattress. Once they discovered it had not even left the store they sent out a delivery driver and assistant that could not even lift the mattress up and subsequently dragged it along the pavement. They then refused to bring the item inside and help to put in place as promised by the assistant. Subsequent phone calls to the manager were not returned. Will not shop there again!

Order some mattresses (king, 2x queen, double & single) and queen bed base last month. Originally I was only going to buy one lot then change my mind and bought more, so 2 different orders placed for pick up but felt I was going to be extremely tired after a 30 hour road trip so rang and ask if it could be delivered instead. Lady on the phone was lovely and said she’ll only charge one delivery fee and had it organised to be delivered the day after we arrived in Perth.
Extremely comfy and great quality mattresses!
Definitely will be back to buy more furniture in the future.

Had some damage on an outdoor setting and left feedback about it. Received a call next day and Amart sorted it no problems. Came in for the swap over today and decided to purchase a new couch from Rose who was super helpful. Well done Amart!

After purchasing what I thought was a double bed ensemble for my son and paying $99 for delivery, on arrival, all that was delivered was a mattress. The team member that served us hadn’t even asked if I required the base, which I assumed was in the price as I was looking at an ensemble when she approached us. She was then quick to write up a sale which was just less that $1000, telling me that I’d got a bargain and palming us off. Very disappointed and bad customer service.

We purchased a table and 6 chairs from Amart Cockburn, the delivery guys they use were rude one guy said the correct phone number would have helped I said I gave the correct number as I do know what my mobile number is, one shoved the paperwork at me they didn’t wear a mask and dumped all the boxes in the middle of the room. The box the table was in was wet and when we took the table out of the box it was damaged this was the 1st March 2022 I contacted amart straight away today it’s the 8th and still no answers. It’s not as though we spent $10 in the shop and I’m still waiting to hear something

The staff are rude and combative. They don't know the laws around mask exemptions and illegally kicked us out of their store. Please educate yourself.

Went in to but office furniture which I'm happy to browse for what I want.

After standing next to what I wanted for a few mins wondering how do I buy my item I look for a consultant to help purchase this item.

I made eye contact with a young guy who was talking to a young co worker, then proceeded to do a lap of the store (maybe to look busy I'm not sure) and finally come my way, but decided he must need the toilet 1st it was.hot so maybe on the h2o.

I'd had enough went next door and decided to buy a chair from them with greeted at the door and help to bring to my car, all within 10 minutes.

Amazing, Rob & Sarah bent over backwards to find us what we needed to fit in our new home. Great job guys!

Upon purchasing centinal lounges and expectation of delivery was supposed to be 6 weeks this has know been months and still waiting. Both times I had to ring to find out and each time further delays. Ok to take my deposit and earn interest on my money but not provide the goods just not good enough. Better come in excellent condition and have no issues with it.

Great service, great prices and availability. Definitely recommend Amart Cockburn Central to anyone looking for new furniture.

Bought a new couch with my partner recently and Suresh was super helpful, we waved him off a couple times as we were just browsing but when we needed help his professionalism shone through and was really approachable and precise with his words. He 100% made it easier for my partner and I to buy the couch. Appreciate it Suresh
