7The kindness and care which is given to my husband. They are a life saver.
Absolutely appalling. Take your money, fail to provide any decent service. The window cleaner damaged X3 of my parents window frames and my parents had to pay to have them repaired. You're not allowed to select decent services as they provide 'their own' substandard services. Absolutely disgusted. The good support workers leave. Disgusting. Yes, this has all be brought to their attention MULTIPLE times! No need for concern as they advised they have a nice brand new office now, I wonder where Alzheimer's WA accessed the money for this new office? !
Attended a work shop on Friday and learnt so much. Karen was a brilliant host, with plenty of information to share.
Great staff! Very welcoming and friendly. There is also a playgroup with local families that visit each week.
For a peak body there are many unanswered questions. They take your money and run. When you become high care. They boot you out the back door. Wasteful with resources needs public inquiry.
At Alzheimer's Australia WA, they provide quality dementia care services; help increase the awareness and understanding of dementia that can effectively help you meet the challenges for people with dementia. They were very welcoming and worked hard to keep the patients comfortable and happy. I highly recommend their services.
