The team at Alvarez help installed a kitchen and bathroom. The work was exceptional and our house looks superb.

Alvarez kitchen has just completed my renovation and its 1st class work. Every worker that came in did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves, we are very happy with the end result and nothing was to much trouble for anyone.thank you all so much from the interior designer to the project manager and everyone in between.

Wow I have just had the most wonderful consultation with Ashley Barrington. A week ago we had the initial consultation where she listened to my vision for my new kitchen. A week later my 3D design was presented to me. Ashley"s design reflected my vision and her suggestions for the parts that I was unsure of were spot on. Absolutely delighted with what she has produced.

Alvarez took a deposit on a bathroom reno but didn't show up to do the work. Six months of requests for a start date and failed commitments later Alvarez finally agreed to refund. The refund however has not been received and Alvarez is again unresponsive.

Lots of excuses about COVID-19 but as far as I'm aware the virus compromises the hosts respiratory system; not their integrity.

Hard to imagine a less professional business.

Alvarez gutted my entire home for a full house renovation 5 months ago and I am still without a kitchen, laundry, a single running sink, wardrobes, lights in the house not working among many other unfinished jobs. After 3 months of no showers either, this has been a very difficult renovation to say the least. I have no timeline as to when it will be completed and they will not commit to one but was originally told 6 weeks and we are at week 22 now. We paid a premium for Alvarez to design and manage our project and there has been no such thing. Almost every trade has had issues, whether it be ordering problems, lack of instructions provided, not the right equipment brought to the job, and most importantly the wrong work being done because of the lack of communication. We have had to sacrifice so much in our project to just make do and hopefully proceed. When the project management changed hands mid way we were hit with the forceable request to change payment plans because they had completely mismanaged our project and could not afford to proceed without more funds. We are still outside washing dishes in the rain and my 3 young children brushing their teeth outside because we don't have a single basin. I am constantly told my project is a priority because it has gone on long enough but nothing is being done because their trades are busy on other jobs. Very disappointed and can not express my concern enough.

We had been talking of a new kitchen for quite some time and finally got some people around. We had an idea of what we wanted but could not put it together. From the moment Richard arrived we new he was the person for the job. He understood exactly what we wanted and expanded on other ideas. He went away and came back with a booklet with photos of what our new kichen would look like. We were so impressed we signed up there and then. From that first day there was nothing but professionalizm from the whole Alvarez team. All of the tradesmen were first class and always on time. We had to remove our existing floors and replace them with timber plus paint the house. Richard worked this all in so well that at no time was there any conflict. When anyone walks through the door, the first thing they say is "I love your kitchen, who did it? "We have and always will recomment Alvarez Design.

Alvarez Design were available at short notice and worked with me to get the design for my kitchen that I required for a very competitive price. Nothing was too hard and they kept me in the loop with any issues/ delays/ changes that needed to be made to make it successful for both parties. Quality of work was of high standard. Highly recommend them. I am reusing them for my bathroom and laundry in the very near future, just finalising details.

Alvarez Designs were awesome to deal with. Sasha was so helpful with our bathroom reno giving us great support in our design and fixture selection. Nothing was to hard to meet our requests.
With the reno underway Renee was an absolute pleasure to deal with as she took control of the demolition and then the bathroom makeover. All the trades involved were top quality and all progress was smooth as. 10/10 across the board. Thanks heaps. Still grin ever time we walk into the bathroom.

We found Alvarez design very professional and responsive to work with when planning and installing our new kitchen. Everything went according to the planned schedule and any surprises (our house is very old) were dealt with efficiently with minimum stress to us. Our kitchen was up and running in under a month (I think it was actually completed ahead of schedule). Richard and Sergio provided technical support through out the project.
