Such helpful guys, I spent a whole $4.90 but the problem
I had was not to small for them, they where very good at explaining stuff to me that sounded like another language lol, and I walked away happy with what i had hopeful it would help

Great selection of equipment to choose from, friendly and knowledgable people, pricing was very competitive and good quality gear.

I needed a battery to run some camp lights and Chris the Manager provided me with invaluable knowledge as which type to buy for my intended purpose. I'm so glad I went here instead of a camping store, where I probably would have bought a cheaper battery that would've failed by purpose.

I just wanted to share my experience with Altronics in Midland. Hands down the best service, I come here often and never have a bad experience. I came in yesterday and was helped by Hannah and Chris, both who were very experienced and offered me great service. I will be back and will gladly recommend this store to anyone! Well done

Great place, good to see them doing well, Ive always loved gadgets and electronics, pulling things apart, fixing or building.
Recently bought a great Bluetooth speaker system for my laptop, pairs with another to utilise stereo quality sound. Very deep acoustics with good bass.

Great service. Knew exactly what l needed, had it in stock, offered great advice and the price was good. What more could you ask for. Well done Chris.

Not only is the customer service miles better here than Jaycar, but they had the parts I needed while Jaycar didn't.

I was so pleased with the service I received this morning from Chris and Corey.
I walked into the store having absolutely no idea what I was doing and how to fix my gadget, but these fellas new exactly what I needed. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
I am so pleased it really is not very often you get such great service like this.

Fantastic Customer Service, Both the team members where so helpful especially the team member that served me & helped me with my Cordline Rocker Switch as nothing was to much trouble & i highly recommend purchasing from Midland Altonics.

My husband and I were trying to connect our Smart TV to the router. This involved many trips to Altronics Midland using the technical expertise of the counter staff. They have really bent over backwards to try to help us, where we tried various extenders. I have never received such excellent service before. I recommend them for their knowledge, friendliness and desire to help.

Recently my wife and I went to Atronics and a number of problems regarding the router and a number of computer related problems. This necessitated the return of a number items. I think we went back at least three times and the staff were fantastic (I was feeling sorry for them having to "put up" with us.). Always happy to help and even this afternoon we "annoyed" Vincent again. The resulting service was fantastic I would recommend them for any problems

Fantastic service and product knowledge. Thanks to Vincent and his expertise on audio systems, we just purchased a really good PA system. Very good price too! Think we saved heaps in comparison to few other stores which i checked for a similar PA. I would totally recommend the Midland store for all electronic gear. Altronics Midland staff are always happy to help and the store is stocked with all items for electronics projects. You can browse components online or in their extensive catalogue. Then pick up two hours later at the store. The guys will gather your order for you. Or else browse through the store and pick up items you didn’t know you needed ;)

Great service! Assisted as soon as I walked into the store, both shop staff fell over themselves to lead me around the store discovering what I required. Everything was in stock, and I was signed up for the trade card saving me over $7 on my $30 purchase. Excellent!
