I always get great service from here, and today was no different. I was one of those difficult customers getting a heap of small sockets, resistors, capacitors, connectors etc and the lady serving me was very polite and patient. Having a smile on your face goes a long way. Thank you for your friendly service.

Sells stuff I want. Staff are always friendly and happy to help or troubleshoot a solution.

Super keen and professional attitude of new staff especially Steve the trainee went beyond his way to assist me, will definately return!

The woman who seems to run this place knows what's what. Well organized and efficient to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

I’m often happy enough with the service. But today - both store attendants were extremely dismissive, knew nothing about any of the customers’ questions about the stock. I came in for a product that the website said the Balcatta store had in stock. The guy was super “yea it’s not here, next please. ” about it. Three times I had to re-initiate a conversation with him because he would give me vague answers and walk away. When I asked if he could put one aside for me at the dispatch warehouse, I was told to do it myself, and then before I could even reply, got hit with another “Next please” down the line of customers with the same questions. I watched multiple customers go through the same thing. Literally one by one.
Not sure if they had two very new trainees on at the same time or something…
But that was an experience that leaves me happy intentionally putting my money elsewhere.
Next please.

Great place for electronic bits and you get looked after by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Still as helpful as ever.

They are a great Company to deal with. Good staff makes such a difference. Even the different stores work seamlessly together. So rare.

Knowledgeable team members, happy to help with your projects. People throw some random questions at them and they are always respectful with maybe gaps in the customer's knowledge or requiring more info. Glad the store is there as I am in there a couple times a month.

This place rocks. The staff are passionate, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The stuff you need is here, not ex East, not 7 day wait Ebay, here. Prices are on point. And they are open on SUNDAY! When you're tinkering, they are open! Seriously, this is Bunnings for geeks, I love it.

I had an issue with my laptop and wifi and had tried everything to fix it myself. I went to Altronics Balcatta to get a dongle for short term fix and the amazing service and problem-solving skills of the gentleman behind the counter asked if he could have a look and he fixed it!

Great selection of items at good prices and friendly staff. Well organised and helped me get an item that was not in stock at my particular store from their warehouse within 10 minutes.

Very nice and helpful people. Lachlan helped me get my son's science project project working. If you go there, ask for Lachlan - he's very helpful. It was a great store and my son said there was loads of cool stuff and it had everything he needed.

Amazing service and problem-solving skills shown by Ryan at Altronics Balcatta!

I was having trouble with an electrical fan on a blow-up Christmas reindeer, simply hoping to find a replacement fan to simply change out. When we could not find an exact match replacement fan, Ryan suggested we take a look at the existing fan, and with a bit of problem solving (ensuring we had charge to the fan) and some manual magic we got the existing fan working again. Kids will be super-happy to have their Christmas reindeer up again.

Very arogent and rude staff. They talk to their customers like the customer is stupid and they are intelegent.

Well laid out shop. Great service, super helpful and every time I have been the parts I needed were in stock. Cant fault it. Highly recommended.
