I have been using ALS for approx 10 years. ALS are professional and up to speed with current analysis processes, COC, turn around times. ALS's accounts system makes sense and it is a company easy to deal with. As with all commercial relationships, time strengthens the good ones. ALS is a company worth fostering a good commercial relationship with. The staff are always willing to assist where possible and no question you ask is considered a dumb question, ALS give the sense they are there to assist and serve where possible.
