I Love shopping at ally lakelands, the staff are great. The manager Simone is always so bubbly and cheerful and has helped me pick out some amazing new looks. Highly recommend this store.

Usually shop at Secret Harbour but i was in lakelands i had to do a return, the manager was in store so helpful and friendly and assisted me to do my exchange easily. Really nice vibe in store

I love Ally and shop here regularly. I went to the gym this afternoon and thought I'd have a quick look in Ally. The lady in the store was very helpful and friendly, she made me feel very welcomed into your store. Her customer service skills are impeccable, she should be awarded and recognised for her great efforts. I didn't get her name but she was working at around 12: 50pm.
