Really hope this store has been shut down & deep cleaned. Quite shocked the ally brand hasn’t taken to social media to let their shoppers know Ally Rockingham is a Covid hotspot. If you have been there recently everyone! Please self isolate and stay safe. This store has complete disregard for health and safety. Will be reporting to the health department today

Waited at the till while 3 staff members decided that none of them wanted to attend customers wanting to pay for goods purchased in your store. After waiting for the attention from staff, I asked the women at the front if anyone them worked there as they seemed to be quite content with chatting away among themselves. As i departed the store, I was called rude by a member of staff. My teenage daughter informed me of the employees antagonistic comment. The woman continued to call me rude & was quite confrontational. Alarming behaviour from a mature aged woman working in a customer based role. I'm certain she is aware that this is not a justifiable way to engage with paying patrons.

Your staff have spent the last hour complaining about your management and threatening to quit in front of all your guest. They couldn’t shut up when customers came to the counter.

Check 10AM 21/05.it goes on and on and on. It’s so loud you can hear it over the loud music
