Allied Express Transport reviews
63 Horrible customer service from Sharon, trying to explain a situation and find out where my lost parcel has gone and she talked over the top of me on the phone, completely disregarded my concerns and tried to forward me elsewhere when I still had questions to be answered. Called at 4: 18pm on a Friday afternoon. Clearly she was too keen to get out the door. Somebody needs to remind your employees that they are here to help us and they are paid to answer our calls until 5pm.
Also if you could find my $2000 item that has somehow disappeared out of your possession that would be great too.
Worst service ever! You can't pick up the product from their warehouse because "it's unsafe", they can't hold your package because "they don't have room in their warehouse", they can't tell you exactly when they are going to deliver it because "they don't have drivers every day". And they lie! They say they went to the address AND IT'S NOT TRUE. Guys shut it all down! If you can't deliver orders, what can you do?
Failure to deliver as scheduled - 5 days late. Lied to regarding first delivery attempt (surveillance proof)
Failure to adhere to ATL instructions
Failure to update tracking
Failure to respond to emailed enquiry.
Multiple phone calls, customer service could not give accurate information.
Final delivery, driver failed to knock and left goods in an unsecured location, other than what was authorised. How are you still in business?
Extremely dissatisfied!
Phoned Allied to advise above and they did not care at all and hung up on me. Advised I had to complain to the sender of the goods!
Wouldn’t recommend. Message you to say parcel will be delivered before close of business that day so you wait all day for nothing. Tracking also says the same. Won’t use them again.
Just like anyone else before me noted, my delivery that was due today never came. When I called customer service I was advise that the driver might have had vehicle issues or had to go home! They do not call customers letting them know if there is a problem as the drivers are not provided with a company phone. I do not even understand how this company can still operate after an interminable chain of very negative reviews.
Sharing a positive review, my delivery came quick and intact. Would have been 5 stars if they could provide an approx.timeframe just so I don't have to wait the whole day at home.
Given all the negative reviews thought I would share a positive experience. I ordered a large and expensive fragile item which arrived on time and undamaged. Good work Allied.
Mindblowingly bad. You have to be home at the exact time they deliver or else item gets sent back to the store you ordered from
Was in the city today and an Allied Express van cut me off on the intersection when it was my right of way. He saw me going straight and turned infront of me almost causing an accident. You need to emphasise to your driver's about safety first not safety fifth.
I waited in all day for a delivery and it never showed up. I called them and rearranged for another day. Called them on the day to check that the delivery was coming and was advised it would be with me between 5-7pm. At 11: 30am I was just leaving my house when the delivery driver turned up. He advised he finished at 3 it would never have been 5-7pm.
To top it off the item was damaged in transit.
I was worried after reading all the negative reviews, but my experience was excellent. A heavy (75 kg) item was sent from Melbourne to my address in Perth by an Ebay seller via Allied Express. It arrived in time, undamaged and the friendly delivery driver carefully unloaded it and moved it to the spot in my garage where I wanted it. I couldn't wish for more.
One star is too high for it. -100 should be the right points. Bad driver, impolite customer service. Totally waste of time.
Delivered today 28/12 —- 2 big and heavy boxes. The driver would not leave it inside my house, said it’s a covid policy —- BUT asked me to help him carry these big boxes out of his van with his face less than a meter away from mine! Were is your assistant to help you lift it? Poor and lazy excuse of a driver… He broke the packaging boxes while offloading and left it on my front lawn and drove away. Why could he not have picked it up and taken it with him!
I had a 57kg item sent from Brisbane, pickup driver was amazing very friendly and helpful. I then flew to WA to receive the item the delivery driver was incredible. It was here within three business days! That is crazy! Best prices too!
Great service. Delivery was faster than expected, especially considering it is Christmas. Very happy thank you
Got aluminium delivered and it was severely bent. You could see where the fork lift had squashed it.
Seems to take longer to deliver from the depot in town than it takes to get from Melbourne to Perth. Already 4 days since the shippment arrived in Perth and every time I ask about a delivery date I am told a different story. Now it’s going to be 7 days until they “might” deliver but no guarantees. It took 4 days to get to Perth! The Covid excuse is getting old. I offered to pick up myself, but it’s not allowed.
I can get stuff faster from Europe! I would give them 0 stars if possible.
Took over 2 weeks to collect order, 2 weeks later still waiting for order to be delivered which has been ready at depot for 5 days so far and only 15km away…. And they cannot provide me with a new delivery date which has already passed
This morning I was sent a text with a link saying my delivery would take place today and to confirm If the package can be left IF no one is home. I wrote a note for the driver saying please leave on porch if no one is home.
They delivered 2 heavy packages worth total $3000 and left them in the middle of a narrowpath in front garden in full sun on a 40degree day. Delivery driver did not bother to knock on the door (my family member was home waiting) not did the packages get placed on the porch as requested (which was very accessible).
My aunty could not move the packages at all when she discovered they were there. They had to sit there for a few hours before help came. I rang Allied Express to ask that the delivery driver return to help move them. I was told that they don't knock if they have permission to leave the package and he's not around to come and help.
The message request they sent in the morning to me, ehich I responded immediately, was never seen by the delivery driver as he had already left before hand.so he never saw the request for on the porch please ONLY IF no on was home. Why would they ask for that information for the driver when they know they are not going to give it to him! It seems they have no care for special instructions if the customer is happy to have the package left outside, they just want to know if they can, not knock, dump the package outside the house and carry on with their other jobs.
A complete lack of awareness or care for the receiving cutomer. A nonsensical system which leads you to believe the driver is reading your instructions to leave the package, but in reality is just giving them a check to not knock and leave the package where they see fit. I would avoid using this company if possible.
I live in Perth and ordered one item in Kmart - Perth as well. I gotta wait for this company to deliver my stuff for 7 days and still don’t receive my item yet.
So bad.
