I Live in Perth Western Australia and from approx 3pm - 4.30pm I have been trying to get in touch with the claims department with no luck, the office is closed, "eastern Australian time".
Well that's go me stuffed, so do you shut down your office's on the west coast according to east coast times which are so confusing with daylight saving in some states.
All I want to do is make a claim in real time.unreal
If I could give zero I would. Absolute gutter trash. No ethics. No morals. Just theives. No transparency. Stuffed me around with my refund then issued it a way I didn't pay it. I paid direct debit they sent a cheque.
No doubt to intentionally annoy me further.
Allianz, it's now my duty to ensure everyone I know cancels their policies with you.
I have been on hold for last 8 years! Bunch of morons who don't care about their customers.
They are happy to take my money every month $100 for the past 2 1/2 years and now that my car has been damaged the saying anything investigate anything and everything they promised me to call me in a couple of days it’s been a week! Definitely will be going to RAC insurance after this claim! Don’t bother with Allianz! On top of that they never call you back
Tried to change my policy as I bought a new car spent an age on the phone trying to change my car then got cut off called back and told I would need to start again listening to there recorded message ended up cancelling my insurance and going elsewhere. If this is the trouble to change car details I don't know what it would be like if I had to make a claim
Still waiting my money refund back after mor than 3 months! I do not raccomand this insurance
Aweful customer service! Just for a simple call (updating details), I had to wait for an hour and no luck after had a chat with 5 operator/consultant and supervisors! Seriously?

Worst customer service! Prepare to spend at least an hour plus on hold before speaking with someone! Changing insurers as we speak.
Worst of all insurance company with incompetent staffs and very long wait time of more than an hour coupled with deliberate attempts to desist people from making claims
Shouldn’t even get one star.
DISASTER. Consultants are RUDE, you have to wait for over an hour for someone to pick the phone and they keep transferring to departments until they hang up the phone.

Trying to make a claim has taken over 8 months. Meanwhile, I’m mourning the death of my baby girl and the company could not care less. Rude and terrible service. This is also after they raised my premiums 15%. Respect yourself and don’t fall victim. I can’t believe I’m saying Amii is better
Worst insurance company ever, minimum 30 minutes waiting time for just a call. Trivialised and time consuming claiming process. Anyone with a rationale should drop this insurance agency.
Very pathetic experience no one will answer calls even though you want to talk to someone you will be in line for hours and no answers. I will never take insurance again with them if I have any other option

Quick response, it only took one day for the customer service officer to reply my email which I'm happy with. Prices of the health insurance package are reasonable and cheaper than the other providers. Would highly recommend Allianz Care.
My car was stolen, the police caught the responsible party. Allianz said they would organise for my car to be towed to a repairer for a sharps test and for a mechanical/panel check. Contacted the towing company/repairer 4 days later, no news. My car has not been towed and nothing has been done. I have waited on the phone for a total of 5.5 hours today, on hold with the same hold music. No response. No response from the online inquiry. Its clear they do not care about their customers whatsoever.
Last time the hold time for claims was 1hr and 59 minutes. Today the hold period is 2 hours and 40 minutes and still holding. Deliberate strategy to avoid claims! Shameful!
