So easy to do online. When I had to get something changed spoke to Reagan and it was fixed in minutes. Great customer service.

DODGY DODGY! Never give your credit card details over the phone to this company! Set up a policy for my Hubbie a couple of months ago and literally the day after had my details used at multiple online woman’s clothing stores. Pretty coincidental considering it was a woman who “helped me” and I have never had this happen before! Couldn’t even get a reply to cancel and had to get my bank to put a stop to the payments

Do you treat all your clients like rubbish? I have been dealing with C? M? I paid my insurance at the start of this month, and now its the end of the month and still I have not yet got my invoice for what I paid for. Each week I email then ring (because no one has replied to me) twice a week for 3-4 weeks-and still no invoice for my insurance I paid for at the start of the month. What on planet earth is going on? Do you think I 'm asking alot? Or Is it normal that you treat all your clients like rubbish? Well when will you send me the invoice for the insurance? - next month? In 6 months? 12 months? 2 years?
