Damian was on time and came when others wouldn’t or couldn’t. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it. We thought we were in for a massive repair/replace so we really appreciate his honesty. He knew his stuff.
Also- he’s friendly, and communicates well in advance and on the job.
Thanks Damian. Highly recommend.

Our evap Aircon stopped working just before Christmas. After calling many Aircon companies and being unable to get an appointment for 3 weeks, I came across All Skills. They were able to offer an appointment the very next morning, and were happy to come out to the northern suburbs. Damien was on time and professional. He diagnosed the issues and fixed them very quickly, and did not over charge. Very reasonable price for a quality and efficient service, especially so close to Christmas. Thank you All Skills, now we can keep cool over the Christmas break! Will definitely be using All Skills from now on!

I had my aging air conditioner served by All Skills in 2021. This year I replaced the aging unit with a new unit supplied and installed by All Skills. I give this company a 10 out of 10 and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring either a service or installation of a new unit.

I had a fault (no water) with my Evaporative Aircon and called for a repair on 23rd December 2022, and even though its the busiest period, they booked a repair for me on 27th December. They kept me well informed for the appointment and Damian arrived promptly and did a great job fixing the problem. I was very happy with the service and the price, and Damian gave great advice on what options I had to do the repair.

The system developed a different fault on Friday 6th Jan 2023 (this time the fan was not working). Once again I booked an appointment in good time, for Wednesday 11th Jan 2023. As before, I was kept well informed about the appointment and Damian did a great job fixing the issue.

I would recommend Damian and All Skills Evaporative and Gas for any aircon repairs you may have - Great service and very knowledgeable people. (and pretty prompt service too)

After reading the reviews I contacted All Skills Evaporative and Gas to service my evaporative cooling system in 2021 and based on that experience I asked All Skills to come back to service my gas log fire.
The work ethic exceeded my expectations. Both Damien and Ryan were very knowledgeable, experienced, hard working and both were very polite and pleasant. They were happy to spend time explaining how to get the best out of the two systems which included simple solutions on how to reduce our utility bills such as closing off the evaporative cooling vents during the winter so that we weren't heating the roof space! Who knew, not me! The house was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend this business.

Damian and his team supplied and installed a new evaporative airconditioning unit. They were very professional, arrived on time and were helpful and friendly. We needed a minor 'after care' adjustment and Damian responded immediately, unlike our experience with some companies once you've 'paid up'!

Great service for a reasonable price. I wasn't home when they came to service our evaporative but my wife was really impressed by how friendly and efficient they were. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Damian and the team. I found them to be experienced, knowledgable and reliable - which is exactly what I was looking for in this important purchase. Highly recommend All Skills Evaporative and Gas. They installed an aircon system into our business building. The service and communication from the initial meet, the quote and installation was very thorough and professional. Damian has continued to help by answering any questions we have had over the time. They are reliable and are experts in their field. We, at Kalamunda Peformers, are very thankful for their service!

Our old swampy gave up the ghost last week. The boys rocked up the very next day exactly when they said they would. Within minutes they had diagnosed the problem and gave me the option to fix the existing unit or replace it with another. We elected to go with the new units which was installed quickly, quietly and efficiently. They even helped me fix a dodgy security door. Cant recommend All Skills enough. Extremely friendly and very professional.

I had requested an aircon service for my old man and the service was performed as requested, however, the service technician had broken the clips and failed to notify my dad or myself of what had happened. I contacted the company in which I was told the technician would give me a call later that day.

I got off the phone with Damien (All Skills Technican) that evening and I was appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed. He began by first stating that "the clips broke, but since the panels are held down in place, they weren't needed". And so from his perspective, 1) all the clips that the manufacturer supplies in the installation to secure the panels were not necessary, 2) that I did not need to be notified about it and 3) the damage was not their responsibility.

I expected so much more than that from a reputable company. He then proceeds to confront me and question how my dad could even see the missing clips? ! I could not believe what I was hearing. I could see that they were missing, even while standing in the backyard. First he was dishonest by not saying anything about the clips after he completed the job, and second, he speaks to me with such disrespect. To have the lack of decency to sarcastically say "Did your dad have a microscope to see that the clips were missing? ! " Wow, is that how issues are resolved with a client? He gave me the impression that if things get damaged or destroyed as a result of their service, it is not their responsibility.

Does Advanced Evaporative and Heating (company that referred the service) share this view? I assume All Skills is a subcontracted company to Advanced Evaporative. Is this the standard of service that is to be expected of all Advanced Evaporative's subcontractors? I hope not.

According to the core values of All Skills:

I believe I had not been "satisfied beyond my expectations" and that I was "not treated with respect and courtesy". To have had to experience this kind of treatment over this issue. All I wanted was some honesty, ownership and professionalism.

What made things worse is I had emailed this to Tia (receptionist), whom I was in contact with regarding the service, and I received no reply whatsoever. Such a lack of communication and duty of care.

I've written this review so that anyone reading this will be aware of my experience dealing with this company and be cautious if dealing with them.

Thankfully, the folks at Quality Air Conditioning & Heating were really understanding of my situation and were more than happy to help me out. They supplied me with the clips i needed at no cost! I know who I will be going to for my next aircon service.

A+ service. Incredible staff, reliable service at a VERY reasonable price.
With having 2 heat sensitive children and it being around Christmas the last thing we wanted was our Aircon to break!
Damien came out a total of 3 times to try and repair our old aircon which unfortunately had finally decided to stop. The 4th visit was then to install a new system. Credit for work already done was given towards the new system so we really only paid for that and a once off call out fee (something that I really appreciated at this time of year)
If you want the best service given by amazing people look no further.
Oh and as an added bonus- they took the old system away and didn't leave a mess! Absolutely awesome!

Whilst happy with my first contact had to repeatedly chase for a quotation over a period of more than four weeks. Was finally told 'not interested in doing the job'. I understand that other things may take priority and that other things may happen, but it's very poor form to string someone along rather than being honest up front then blame a change in circumstance that happened after the first few contacts.

Faultless, great booking service, turned up on time, performed the work quickly and efficiently and the spring service special offer is very reasonable. I've made a diary note to give them a call next year for our annual service

I recently used Allskills to service my air conditioner and the whole process was very easy at a time of year when I expected it to be a nightmare! Communication was great, both from the office and the maintenance technicians, who did call in advance to let me know they were on the way. The work they did was great and they were very polite and also very quick. The payment system was easy, with all costs being as discussed: only the required parts additional to the quoted callout and service fees.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use then again and I recommend this business to anyone who needs air conditioning services!
