Oliver Tubb has been my technician since 2015, so I have had 5 annual servicings done by him, and have also had a separate 6th appointment to investigate an error that kept popping up. I always ask for him, and am happy to book in advance to get a booking with him.

Oliver is one of those tradesmen who when you find them you just never ever EVER E. V. E. R want to change EVER. This is one trade where I will never have to think or worry about ever again.

Oliver is perfect at what he does. His expertise is fantastic! I wasn’t the one who installed my aircon, a previous owner did. My aircon has worked really well the entire time I’ve been here since 2015. Oliver also gives great advice on how to use my air con more efficiently, which has been really helpful.

Oliver is extremely honest, and is not going to sell you something you don’t need. There have been many opportunities where he could have made more money out of me, but he didn’t, because it wouldn’t achieve what I was looking for. So you can trust him!

Oliver needs zero effort from me. He came to my house once, and from then on had perfect photographic memory of everything. It really surprised me that a year later, after all the houses he had been to since then, that he perfectly remembered the layout of my house, remembered exactly where the wall panel was, where the man hole is, where the outdoor unit was, and how to get to it etc.

Oliver is perfect at being punctual. For annual servicings that I could book in advance, I always booked first thing ie 7.30am, because booking any other time has a block time range, which is fine and perfectly understandable, I just prefer the 7.30am. For all 5 annual servicings, Oliver knocks on the door bang on 7.30am, not a minute earlier or later. I know everyone in the world should be as punctual as he, I know this should be normal, but it’s really not normal, I can’t tell you how many times I have arranged my day around an appointment, only to have no-one show up.

And Oliver is really really friendly, so approachable, I can honestly ask him anything, and he never gets impatient nor annoyed, even when I was the last job of a long day for him (the appointment regarding the error that kept showing on the screen) and on a really hot day, he’s exactly the same and just as friendly as when I see him at 7.30am.

Oliver is exceptional - people like him are really hard to find, and when you do find people like Oliver, you never want to change because you don’t want PAIN you want to stay HAPPY!

Tom and his team provided excellent service from providing a prompt quote which was reasonable in value for money; an optimal solution to my requirements in my house; quality equipment and a trouble free installation including excellent clean up after the work was completed. This was during the Perth hot spell and so I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get such prompt installation. I would not hesitate to recommend All Air Services for your air conditioning needs.

We were needing to install aircon for three bedrooms and adding another split to service the large open plan living area (kitchen, living and games area). After seeking quotes from 3 installers - of which two came back declining the job as it was too difficult, we felt defeated. Out of pure coincidence on a Thursday morning walk to work I spot a 6”5 guy standing next to an equally tall aircon unit in the garage of a neighbour. See, we live in an East Perth 3-storey townhouse with scarce wall and exterior ground space and no access to the roof, making installing aircon to service two floors extremely tricky. I thought, “if this guy can install that huge aircon for this house, surely he could make it happen for our place! ”. And happen did he make it.

2 business days later Tom was in our living room, patiently and meticulously taking me through the planning of the job. He carefully considered room size, layout, energy efficiency, and placement of the units to ensure optimal airflow and ease-of-access for servicing in the case they needed repair, of both the indoor and outdoor units. A day later, he quoted for two Mitsubishi Heavy Industries units (split wall and ducted split), as well as for removing the existing evaporative units from our roof. The quote was also inclusive of cherry picker hire so I didn’t need to worry about hiring one on my own.

The job was a tricky one, with the dream team Brett & Shannon working hard 7am - 4pm over two days to get the job done. They were both meticulous and efficient, cleaning after themselves as they completed each stage of the job.

We couldn’t be more happier with the end product. It’s perfect and I can’t wait to finally enjoy a good nights rest in a comfortably cool bedroom.

Return business as a result of excellent service on the previous visit. As expected, the level of service is second to none. Shannon put in a full day in fairly warm weather and didn’t let us down. The workmanship is of a very high standard and the rooms were left clean and tidy afterwards.

Dealing with All Air Services is always a pleasure. The company I work for uses them for all of its work so I arranged for them to install reverse cycle air con at my home.

We didn't have the best experience with our first appointment but I have to say that the customer experience after that was fantastic. Tom followed up with me a number of times to make sure we were satisfied.

I also have to mention that the Tiler who came out to complete the work was fantastic. He was polite, courteous and took care even though he was working quickly.
