Strawberries were off and they tried to tell me it was sand, I then told guy if it only sand you eat one.he soon changed his mind

The fruit and vegetables section, assorted prepared platters and salads are amazing quality and freshness. Well worth the small extra cost of items to support a small business that has higher standards than big corporate supermarkets.

I just wanted to add to my review. I use this iga shop when I come to stay at my daughter place in Alkimos. You have a wide range of products in the store. And its very well set up.

Pretty pricey, but a well represented store.

Bit congested stuff packed on shelves but if your looking for it it's their or an alternative. Good service and friendly, priced well

It has pocky, and I love pocky! (＾∇＾) ﾉ But, besides from that, I absolutely love IGA. It's open 24 hours, so you can pop in there whenever to pick up some groceries. The staff are really nice too, it's all clean, and it pretty much sells anything. I hope they will continue to sell pocky └ (＾ω＾) 」

On duty manager on Saturdays needs to learn how to talk to customers nicely and how can you help to local community. We locals supporting local businesses doesn't mean to take us granted. Some idiots makes businesses worse. Good luck

Love this place, supporting local Business, have everything you might need, friendly staff, prices are competitive and it's my local store so reducing my carbon footprint.

Great IGA, awesome range of cheese, and fresh produce. Variety of healthy conscious choices, great pre made/quick options. Bakery style pastries/ donuts and slices available for purchase.

The store was very busy, the lines at the checkout were clearing pretty quickly.
The shelves were well stocked with lots of good ranges of favourite items.
This is a great store in an ideal location for the local community.

This IGA, is one of the biggest IGA stores that I've seen. They have a large variety of items, in store. You will have to see it for your own eyes, to understand exactly what I mean. The place is well presented, and spotless! We've made it our new local, and I'm sure, that you will too!

Helpful staff, great range of foods compared to Coles or Woolies. Good range of vegetarian and vegan food too

I am really very disappointed with my experience at this store today. Bought some halloumi cheese for dinner today. When I opened the pack the cheese was all dark yellow, brown and smelly. I checked the best by date. Best by 31/1/2019.
I returned it to the store for a refund, but was told by the manager he had to first go and remove all the expired stock from the shelve before he could refund me.
I told him I had no intention of waiting until he has done what should have been done at the start of the day.
He said he then can't refund me my money. I left without my refund and will definitely not be shopping there again.
Last week I bought ready sliced fruit which still had 3 days before expiry. The fruit had gone all soft and soggy. When I returned it the cashier said the same had happened to a pack she had bought the day before.
At least I got a refund for that.
