I came here for a weekend appointment my usual practice doesn’t open weekends. Given my appointment was late afternoon I wasn’t expecting much of a welcome but the staff were all lovely and the gp on was really helpful, I felt he paid attention and had a genuine concern for my issue and offered great follow up advice.
The icing on the cake, it was all bulk billed.
Great experience on this visit.

Best medical centre in the area. The reception team is friendly and helpful. They bulk bill and Dr. Imon is truly one of a kind doctor who genuinely cares for his patients’ health and well-being. The centre also has other medical facilities.

Just FYI for others, this practice will not issue a Covid 19 vaccine exemption if you have recently tested positive for Covid. Despite the WA government website information.

Great practice, Doctors that genuinely care, don't rush you, want to get to the bottom of things, efficient, lovely receptionists and nurses, highly recommended.

As a senior in my late 60's, over the years and many moves, we have had many Doctors take very good care of us. However, and I am very genuine when I say this, I have never been to a Doctor who takes such excellent care of both my husband and myself as Doctor Yashika DeSilva. I can't fault her in any way. Her knowledge, expertise, empathy and communication are second to none. Except for an emergency, I am more than happy to wait for an appointment with her because of the excellent care she always gives me. Thank you Dr Yashika. Words just aren't enough to describe your care and attention.

Dr Imon and Dr Caine are very caring and helpful, and Alkimos Beach Medical Centre is a great practice.

My wife and I feel very fortunate to have a Medical Centre close and to have Dr Imon Charaborty as our Doctor. His broad knowledge and attention with interest always makes our visits positive and helpfull, and never is in a hurry.

The best medical centre in the area. The reception team are super friendly and helpful. Dr. Imon is truly one of a kind doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. Compared to lots of other clinics in the area you get an appointment fairly quickly and they bulk bill.

Dr Botros is fabulous! I generally avoid visiting GPs if I can.but he is empathetic, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. I don’t know any other GP who makes me laugh! All the doctors at this surgery are excellent but Dr Botros is my fav:)

Overall good. We did have to wait for 30 mins past our apt time, however, despite being the only patient in the waiting room

Dr Imon is a great doctor. Attentive, and shows genuine empathy for what you're going through. He's also open to going through some scientific discussion (research, not social media nonsense) relating to your issues.
He's helping with a long term vision, not just a quick consult and shove you put the door with a script.

Great Doctors, extremely caring and very welcoming. Nurses are so friendly and put you at ease. Doctors really understand how health can be costly but they do everything they can to help you out! Wouldn't go to any other medical centre!

The staff are always friendly and greet you with courtesy and a smile. My doctor is very thorough, polite and always puts me at ease. The best medical centre I have attended since living in Perth.

Dr Imon was absolutely awesome. Was a short consultation but the best Dr we have seen for a reoccurring issue

Julie the receptionist is super efficient and highly responsive. Julie is an absolute asset to the medical centre.

I have been a patient of Dr Yashika's ever since coming to Perth last December 2020 and have found her to always be pleasant, thoughtful, professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I recommend her as a GP to anyone.

I booked for my second Pfizer doze an earlier than my hisband’s booking and was told I can come in with my husband’s booking, only to arrive and be told that the system didn’t communicate it to the nurse so there was no vaccine available for me within an hour of arriving at the med centre. Poor communication and waste of time.
