I started at this school in 2017 and graduated in the class of 2020. I had been to 3 schools beforehand and i was bullied at every school EXCEPT for Alkimos baptist college. I met the most amazing friends here and had the most lovely, supportive and kind teachers.i had really bad anxiety issues and was offered so much support from the principal and all my teachers. It is a small school that feels more like a big supportive family. I highly enjoyed my time spent at Alkimos and my only regret is not attending the school sooner! I would highly recommend this school to anyone considering.

Ok so you have a child or children and you want to send them to a private school right?
Well please for your children's sake don't send them here. I'm not going to go into it. Just please research.
I would honestly prefer a public school.

I'm always amazed at how much this school is able to provide through programs and activities, whilst still being small, personal and so caring. An incredible alternative to the incorrect 'bigger is better' thinking around the place.

My 4 kids have been in both Govt and other Private Schools and this is the best and most affordable option so far. No school is perfect, but my youngest says her top 3 favourite teachers are at this school, she has a wonderful group of friends and appreciates the discipline and banter in the classroom environment. There are pros and cons of a small school but this is spelt our very clearly in the school tour and we've really valued the small class sizes, Christian ethos and just enough breadth in yr11&12 for a wide variety of pathway options. Take a tour, its really worth a look)

Our children have been at ABC for 4+ years and we love it! We carefully chose this school for our kids based on positive words from trusted friends with children here, and we haven’t looked back! We love the community feel, caring staff and diligent teachers. Our children have grown so much at ABC and made great friendships too.

My personal experience with Alkimos Baptist College is that the students receive a high quality and varied education. More importantly though the pastoral care is excellent. The students feel safe and valued, as well as having the chance to develop their personalities in a safe and encouraging environment.

Alkimos Baptist College is a wonderful community, and an even better workplace. ABC is unique in that it follows an approach whereby they consistently put the well-being of both students and teachers first. This provides opportunity for students to learn in a safe environment and for teachers to enjoy that journey with the them.

My children have attended the school since foundation year. We curently have 3 children at the school and one has graduated. My oldest graduated in 2020 receiving excellent grades that earned her entry into a double degree in science. My children are able to be themselves at Alkimos Baptist. Each of the staff know them personally and help them achieve to the best of their abilities and focus on their strengths. They have many extra curricular activities available to the students that bring the fun back into schooling. We intend to keep our children at Alkimos until they all graduate and would recommend the school to anyone who is looking for a school that cares for your child as a whole person and only wants to see them succeed.

The staff at the school really care about the students. They try to provide the best for students academically, but also aim to support them each holistically as individuals. There’s a strong focus on students learning in a safe and supportive environment.

A wonderful school. Both of my children were very happy there. We moved them to Alkimos Baptist from a larger school. It was absolutely the best decision we made with regards to their well-being. The pastoral care at Alkimos is fantastic. My oldest recently graduated and is at uni now and my youngest will be graduating soon.

Top quality Christian Community School. Our children moved from a larger private school soon after the school commenced, progressing through primary and secondary levels.
The teachers have been supportive, encouraging and always interested in each of their development and have frequently gone above and beyond expectations. Many of them are there today and are a testimony to the learning culture and community school feel.
During their time at the school they were exposed to experiences across multiple learning platforms (Christian education, sports, arts and academic) more than they would have received at a larger school while maintaining subject variety that met and exceeded their level of learning.
I've seen the school grow in no.s and in stature where waiting lists are more common while the fees have reduced.
Based on the outcomes our children have achieved in and through this environment, I continue to highly recommend this school to anyone who is interested in similar results.

My boys started at Alkimos Baptist this year and we couldn't be happier. They do a great job keeping us up to date with how each of them is progressing and we have blown away with the care and consideration given. We are so thankful the boys were accepted and glad to see them flourishing in a very positive school environment.

I am extremely happy with Alkimos Baptist College. The staff and students are extremely respectful and passionate about learning. I particularly like the small, caring learning environment provided for my child. The staff and administration are respectful and promote Christian values. The level of education in this school is high, as are the expectations for student's behaviour.

There is something seriously wrong with this school and teachers. The principal  Kieran Graham is very very creepy.
During recess and lunch breaks, the students will go into the toilets and use their phones, most of the students do it as they know that the teachers are not allowed to go in there.
On many  occasions Kieran Graham has gone in both male and female toilet. I have twins boy and girl and they along with friends have experienced this. I approached Kieran about this and he denied it at first, I spoke to a member of the board of governors who told me via email that this is against school policies that a teacher must not enter a students toilet. I spoke to Kieran again and showed him the email only for him to say, "Oh but no one was in there and I called out by the door. " LIE.
The school is in a terrible condition,   very dirty and unhygienic. My kids never wanted to do any cooking in the school kitchen because they said it was disgusting and had an issue with ants and cockcrotches. The whole school is disgusting and dirty.
My twins went there for 6 months and I had to take them out because of the disrespect from the teachers which not all of them are qualified to teach. Kieran has had a lot of backlash from parents about the way he is around students that have made them feel extremely uncomfortable.
I really do not recommend this school at all.

Such a good school. Very happy with the quality of pastoral care being able to given in a smaller school. The teachers really care about what is happening in each of the students lives. It's a great community atmosphere.

My only regret is not knowing about this school sooner! If I had, both my boys would have been moved here a lot sooner! AMAZING.
