I am grateful to find Alkemi after my long term hairstylist left. Anita is beyond fantastic. She’s extremely talented and even managed to cut my ridiculous thick hair and make it look sensational. I can tell you most hairstylists fail to give me a decent haircut because of this. This is a fantastic salon with a welcome massage and feel super pampered at the world’s best hair washing station! I’ve been to some well-known reputable salons in UK and Australia and I have never felt like I’m floating on a cloud and no strain to my neck! I’ll be staying with Anita. I count myself truly blessed.

I had to change salons due to neck problems, and Alkemi was recommended to me as they have some amazing flat bed basin chairs. Anita and Chelsea have always done an amazing job with my hair and I recommend them 100%.

I trust the team at alkemi completely for all my hair needs, and would highly recommend their colour expertise to anyone looking to refresh their current look.thank you so much for looking after me these past few years!:)

Michelle at Alkemi is an awesome and professional hairstylist. She always takes time to listen and discuss my sometimes challenging ideas. For the past two years she took care of my hair and I am always happy with the end result.

I had always been with Asian hair dressers, few months ago I decided to try a new place for a hair style change. I feel so lucky to find this gem hair studio! Anita was amazing giving professional advice for my new short hair, i was super impressed. This week I was with Jen - She is so patient and friendly -and most importantly looked after me with gorgeous renew cut.

* I emailed them to get some quotes - Anita replied super quick and was able to book me in for a consultation next day.
* In the consult Anita was great! Super helpful, easy to talk to, no question was too much and I booked an actual appointment for the week after.
* I just walked out of my appointment and hands down the best experience I had at a hair salon!

Super welcoming, friendly environment with great products and equipment (the basin chair is a massage chair!)
Chelsea (I hope I got the name right) was lovely and welcomed me to the salon with a complimentary hand treatment and some oil type head massage- just incredible!
She did a great job with covering my grey roots and matching the colour - and also an AMAZING blow dry.

Summary - friendly, genuine and skilled staff + great salon + fair prices + mastered the ‘customer experience’

I was recommended to check out Alkemi by a friend, who was happy to share that after years of searching she found a great hair salon. Her recommendation was spot on! You can instantly tell that it has a great team of highly skilled hairdressers and loyal happy customers. My hairdresser at Alkemi is Ivan, he was the first person who managed to find a perfect colour for me that actually lasts! He listens and does a fantastic job of achieving exactly what I am looking for in colour and hairstyle. Love this place and happy to recommend to others!

I cant recommend Ivan enough, he's been my hairdresser now for 4/5 years. If you want someone who's a professional, a perfectionist and takes pride in their work, then Ivan's your man.

Ivan took the time to listen and understand what I wanted (as a blonde it's hard to communicate the colour you want) and he got it spot on. So happy and would highly recommend. Great coffee and massage chairs too! Highly recommend for a lovely experience.

I thoroughly love coming to see Anita to get my hair cut. She does a fantastic job and offers a very well rounded service. I really appreciate the extra mile with the aromatherapy massage, complimentary tea/coffee/water and use of the massage chair while she washes my hair. She listens to exactly what I want, never pushes her own thoughts or products on me and gives thorough advice. Worth every cent, although she is very reasonably priced too!
