I returned to Alison Jade and saw Xan. I do not have a lot of brow. So it’s quite difficult to achieve a good result. However not with Xan. I am so happy with the result. My brows look fabulous. I couldn’t be happier. *****

My eyebrows are growing!
Just when I thought I lost all hope.
Previously, they’ve been butchered.well over waxed time and time again. It made the ends thin so much I felt like it would never grow back

Alison Jade’s therapist who’s just recently left: (assured me that we could definitely work with it and grow it out without having to settle for thin brows. I wish I had a more raw before and after but I think you can clearly get the idea here.

Their eye envy product worked a treat too in helping with hair growth.

I’m continuing on with therapist Hanui who’s a delight and knows exactly what she’s doing too!

I have been going to Alison Jade for over 8 years now and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. All of the staff are so lovely, professional and welcoming, but most of all, incredibly talented. If you haven't been to them before or are on the fence about giving them a go, please just treat yourself and make an appointment - you won't regret it.

I have been going to Alison Jade for my brows, for almost 15 years. Although Alison’s business has grown exponentially over that time, my experience has been the same every single visit: amazing. Each customer is always going to have individual needs, and no matter which staff member I see, they have tailored my experience to work towards thicker brows - including picking the exact right tint so they look as natural as possible. I have attended every appointment without having to wait, exceptional customer service including everyone knowing my name and no push to buy products or visit more than necessary. I was one of the first clients to have my brows tattooed, and I have had it done twice since then as it is such a life changing procedure. I am so impressed by the the professionalism involved in this business, despite the fact I have been a client for so many years. The compliment I receive the most is about my brows, and I have Alison Jade to thank for that.

I had my first experience with AJ back in feb 2020 for brow tattoo. Paid the exorbitant rate for AJ herself, who did not use anaesthetic as she said it was unnecessary usually. Uh ok? Like I paid hundreds of dollars so you can cut costs on anaesthetic.but whatever I said ok. It really hurt anyways. I was never contacted back about the second appointment (which I assumed was due to covid). Cut to over a year later Sept 2021, I get contacted saying I have an appointment and I need to sign a contraindication form etc.like huh? Out of concern that my cc/details were compromised I called back to advise (the booking was made online and you need to make a deposit to do so). Got a flustered reply that they would look into it and call me back right away (had to call back the next day to someone else who had no clue). I checked my cc and there was no breach. So either they booked an appointment for someone else under my name or accidentally booked my second appointment a year off. Either way the incompetence is laughable. Zero concern for customer followup or customer detail security. Do not recommend.

I had a brow lift, tint and wax by the lovely Alison herself and I am so happy with the results- she listened to my preferences and ensured the style and tint would suit me and my skin colouring before starting. I'm so impressed by her attention to detail and at the difference in brow shape and fullness she was able to create. I can't recommend Alison Jade enough.

My experience at the Alison Jade salon really was one to remember. The staff were so incredibly welcoming and professional. I had a brow wax, tint and style done by Hayley and she was amazing. I have never felt so confident with my brows as I did at Alison Jade. They truely put the elite in Elite brow artist! Thank you so much!

Beautifully decorated salon and the girls are so lovely. Katie waxed, shaped and tinted my brows for me and the end result was perfection. Amazing service from start to finish.

Really dissatisfied unfortunately. Went for a tattoo consult which included wax/tint. The girl spent a lot of time one brow plucking, and when I queried she responded "don't worry, it'll grow back". Really!? I couldn't tell what had happened due to the tint, but after that came off (after one face wash) I could see one brow had been totally hacked at the top of the tail end. Alison Jade may have a great reputation herself, but there seemed to be a lot of girls working for her that may not all be up to par. With the price tag and number of brow stylists out there I think it's important to seperate the best from the rest to help with people's research. No chance I'd be going back there.

I was lucky enough to have a brow lift, tint and wax by beautiful Alison and I am so happy with the results! My brows have never been so full and fresh! Alison was very careful to listen to my personal brow preferences as I was worried the tint would be too dark so she just did a light tint for me which was so perfect! I will not be going anywhere else for my brows after this wonderful experience and I cannot recommend Alison Jade enough!

Highly recommend this place! Hayley did a eyelash lift and brow lift for me today and I am beyond happy with my experience. She knew how nervous I was to get my brows done and she ensured she talked me through the whole process. There service was amazing and I will definitely be back.

Alison Jade are truly experts in what they do. I can go into the salon in complete confidence that my brows are being looked after, no matter who my stylist is! I love the fact they keep notes on each visit, so every stylist knows exactly what your brow needs are!

Despite the fact that the salons' setting was absolutely stunning; the customer service was exceptional.
You could genuinely feel the professionalism in the beauty therapist and receptionist there!
I found that my beauty therapist was also giving very genuine feedback and also tailored her services specifically for my dark brows and face shape (rather than following the popular insta brow trend that most people tend to do).
You could definitely feel the personalised experience- and the results were exquisite.
I could not have been any happier!

Second visit and I really don’t look at my brows and think ‘Wow, this was done by a specialist and so worth it! ’ In and out in under 15 minutes and it’s almost a replica of a bad 90’s brow that is going to require a lot of work to soften and fill to lessen its severity. Hardly noticed at the time as I was shown a mirror quickly whilst still on my back and later discovered the tint was masking all the damage. Just not what I would expect from a pro salon at $65 a visit and now it’s back to growing them out again.
