Excellent choices and cheaper prices than larger supermarkets. Plus has very good priced alcohol

My go to shop when I am visiting my Mum. Good prices and some goodies as well. Clean, tidy and friendly staff

Nice store, staff, etc. But sorely in need of a trained trolley boy! The trolley bays are in a such a sad state of disarray. Tsk tsk tsk

Always been my go to for getting my grocery on, ever since the check out dude call me "Cobb" I was like "Yep, you just scored yourself a life shopper pal" 10/10

Love the specials and different goods. Do NOT like the checkout setup and goods not packed as it holds up the que. Staff never very friendly

Staffs are very rude all the times especially the boy with a scar on his face. Hardly say hi or hello and just throwing scanned items away and push people hurry up.
Very uneducated how to work in a customer service industry.

Staff are always rude at South lake store when going through register.
Add to this, last visit my daughter was refused to purchase a cold drink as the only register they had open was the one that served alcohol and they did not offer to open another register as is stated on the sign above registers!

While we were at check out.credit card went down it was cash only.we didn't have enough cash.but full credit to the manager who was on the phone trying to correct the problem.which he did with out getting flustered.he was very professional.well done.

My 81yr old mother was dilly dallying at the checkout which held up the queue (sorry Ma). Illiyas was on the checkout and I took note of his name because he was so patient and friendly. He deserves 5 stars!

The attention in the Aldi is bad, you always have to queue to pay because there is only one cashier and they rush you to put the products in the bags, I only go because I like a cheese that they sell there, there is never anyone to ask about some products As there are in the woolworths and in the Coles, I do not recommend it because of the bad service all the Aldi stores that I have visited have the same problem. Bad service and always having to stand in line.

Running out of special buys way too quick. Never enough staff on register.
I understand aldi is a budget store but please customers would like to purchase things in catalogues without having to fight 500 others at 8am with no chance of getting the item. It's more frustrating than fun.

Looking for a special item that ran out early in the morning, the assistant manager Brett contacted another store to inform them what we were after. He made sure they still have the stock before we drove there. Very helpful and professional service considered it’s a special item in a budget supermarket. Thank you!

Great service. I was trying to carry too much without a trolley and I dropped a tube of berocca which smashed on the floor. I staff member names Brett, quietly came over as I was picking them up and asked which flavour I had selected. He then marched off and came back with a new pack and collected the broken pieces. His name tag said "Brett". Thank you and well done Brett, I wasn't expecting that kind of service.

Purchased a petrol blower vac, doesn't work, no warranty support despite a 3 Yr warranty included at purchase.

I went early (8: 40am) for the Sat specials and was not disappointed. All the things my young grandkids like I got them. Also at much lower price than other places.

Busy in the alcohol corner they were filling up but I felt I was in the way and as I can only pay at one counter The queue was too long should have had anther desk open
