ALDI Rockingham

Nice, clean store. Friendly staff and always well stocked shelves. Aldi always has some great deals that competes with other supermarket chains.

The checkout lines seems to get very long however and constantly opens and closes which cause some confusion at times.

NOT GOOD - - - - DIFFERENT!

I have been to this store to purchase tv advertised items on a number of occasions but alas they have not been available.
They do not offer "rainchecks" like their competitors.
Today was no exception.

Please stop wasting my time!

My stars reflect the fact that I have been to many Aldi Stores both in the West and on the East Coast. This Aldi store doesn't seem to get all products replenished. I use this store twice weekly. The freezer section and cold goods have been depleted for some time. Comparing this store to other Aldi's this one is lacking in all areas, sad to say.

Checkout Lady wasn't user friendly today.certainly doesn't make your day when they are sharp and rude.not going back to this store again, it was in the arvo about 3pm in the liquor isle checkout

Even with COVID they are still managing to get stuff in. Although I'm still missing stuff that they were usually getting in. Of course this is happening with everyone!

Didn't have a coin to go in the trolley! A lovely customer gave me one. Good prices on staple items. Will be back.

Great place to do shopping
The prices are a lot cheaper then most off the Big Shops like Woollies and Coles and IGA

Sanitizer station was a mess. Checkout operator did his job but doesn't appear to be a people's person. My own local Aldi at Secret Harbour are always very friendly. Great prices as usual.

Tripped me out when I walked in and realised they had the same layout as rocko. Didn't have one of the things we want in for but the alternative was pretty good. People seem nice I there too. Love the 70c biscuits even though they really have no goodness in them, they are cheap and bloody yummy

If you want to have your groceries thrown at you onto a counter space about as big as a dinner plate go to Aldi. Thats if they dont close the checkout about 2 minutes after open it to save staff numbers. Rude staff and bad stock control.

My 15 year old sister was with me at the register next to the liquor section and the cashier knew I was with her.
I stepped outside to take a breath as there was a strong musky smell and I'm pregnant in the peak of my morning sickness phase. I was only outside for a few seconds but when I had come back inside, she was taken out of the line and placed in the one next to it because she's not allowed to purchase alcohol. She didn't have any alcohol but still had to move lines.

I fully understand why they have to do that but I was coming back, they hadn't finished scanning all of my items and it's just an extra inconvenience.

Good size store. As usual under staffed checkouts and the bag yourself area is a little fustrating space

Always great to check out the central specials and bargains, plus some groceries and booze, all under the one roof.

Very slow checkout service. 15 people waiting for 1 operator before a customer suggested they open another. Not very aware of what is happening in their shop. Could do with a manager to help raise awareness of the importance of customer service

I love this Aldi as so easy to get to.
Plenty of affordable items and is a must for Rockingham

Always got plenty of stock, easy to park, staff are always polite and friendly, store is always clean and tudy.

I went to aldi to buy some avocado for $1 each, and toilet rolls i love their toilet rolls cos it's thick and the price is cheap 1pack for 8 rolls. Confidence is the brand and the tissues, really good price.

This morning my partner was at the counter to pay for the groceries, the check out lady asked for proof of vaccination, he didnt have any issues showing her, he paid and started to pack the groceries when he realised this same customer service person did not ask any other customers after him for proof of vaccinations. This is appalling behavour of this staff member who servied him she clearly discriminated and singled him out because of his skin colour. Neither one of us will step into another Aldi store again.

Being able to get fresh produce plus the staples you need for a fraction of the price! Aldi is always having me leave with a smile on my face and extra money in my pocket

Small store But smaller means friendlier staff Never had any issues with this store.

As above sometimes now holds true, lately for some reason this store has hired lousy unfriendly checkout staff who obviously don't want to be there and don't even say "Thanks for shopping here", just a blank cold look.no, you have to thank them for spending time and money with them. The ad's on TV are certainly in no way you think the store's going to be. Then there's some prices like potatoes nearly $8 for a bag! I thought coles and Woolies were the only ones to sell the for an horrendous price.
