ALDI Mundaring

Watch what the cashiers put your veg through as, I have just been charged $19.05 for one small sweet potato, cashier put it through as ginger (!), $16.72 for onions put through as garlic, I mean who does not know what an onion looks like and our on special mandarins went through as Navel oranges for the not so special price of $7.55! Sure I “should” have checked but you don’t get a lot of time when your groceries are flying down past the till.
I went back to the store the following day and got a full refund $43 and then paid $8 for my groceries. Can’t do better than that, thank you Aldi, good different.

The queue and pay-out lane is disappointing. Almost always a short supply of cashiers. Products purchased need to be speedily self- removed from the conveyor belt due to the Aldi policy of zero assistance with bag fill. Checkout courtesy is limited to 'how are you today'. Once this has been said, the shopper needs to work at break neck speed to fill their bag (s) then find a cash card (often before the bag (s) is full) as other shoppers wait in line. The seated cashier will never attempt to help i.e separate soap products from fruit and vegetables - such is the pace. All needs to be shoved in together by the shopper to not hold people up. An extra job for someone local would make all the difference! Saving on staff/service -
and not helping customers during checkout, is different but not good.

Was very quiet so took advantage of doing a large shop, because I wasn't fast enough putting my shopping away the women behind me was quiet rude about paying, shop assistant seemed to agree with the customer and I left feeling very humiliated.only one Register open as I said it was super quiet.

Aldi deliver well costed service. Sad to see Aldi being held accountable for injury to Lady. Simple decency by all patrons at the store could have prevented this accident.
People need to show more respect and behave as humans, not animal at a feeding trough.

Even with the limited range, we have never had any issues with the quality from Aldi.
Appreciate their ethos to keep local stores stocked with local products (when possible).

An absolute disgrace to decline a little 4 year old access to the rest rooms. In an emergency in that age group, we could not make it over to the other center without accident. I hope you feel as ashamed of yourself as my little one.

Ok but need to stay in front and stay tidy starting to look a bit scruffy and fruit and vegetables quality is not so good on quite

Very friendly staff but not all shops.

Absolute rubbish service! Everytime I visit they simple don't care at all.
I think one of the criteria for getting a job is you must show zero personality.

Usually don't have everything in stock, have to go back a couple of times to get the brand and type I want

I always love aldi and it's good to know you can go to any aldi and get the same product, whichever aldi you go to.fresh fruit and veggies of good value.

Great priced grocery items, good quality, local, helpful and friendly staff. Great weekly specials and usually they stock a fair amount of special buys

Like any other supermarket. Some prices are lower, some prices are higher than elsewhere. Bargains are only bargains if you use them.

Absolutely love Aldis now at first i wasnt convinced but they have some fabulous things plus meat cheaper good products worth checking out

Service counters are allways empty.one till operator.allways waiting.its like being in the 1980s.not good enough

Great parking, easy shopping experience with funny lighthearted staff that remember who you are

Always running out of vodka! Never enough check out open. Long lines.
Fix that and it give it 5 stars!

I love Aldi but they don't have everything. Fortunately, Coles and Woolies are very close in Mundaring.

Don't use also fit my main shop but it is good for platter foods and dog food They also have lots of different things down that big middle isle Things we don't normally have up here in Mundaring. So that's handy

One checkout open, lots of customers queued up, sorry but I don't need your booze that badly so I went to Liquorland Mundaring and they had a MUCH better selection with lots of specials. You might save a few hundred by scrimping on wages but a lot of customers like me won't be willing to pay for it. I rarely shop at Aldi for that reason as I have found the same issue in other stores.
