Aldi is limited with choice but quality is good, and is very reasonably priced. Products are fresher and usually cheaper than other supermarkets. Ditto

What a joke. At ALDI Armadale today, 12 people in the queue with full trolleys and only one checkout open. I dumped my goods and left as I had limited time in my lunch break. It would have been quicker to go elsewhere. Seriously ALDI.when are you going to learn.

Aldi are great for surprises in the middle aisle- household items, toys etc usually branded product at much better prices than other retailers and aldi made items. We have not tried many aldi made things but have bought some clothes which were really good quality and comfortable at a low price (men's cargo shorts, girls' cargo shorts).
Great value mushrooms and cos lettuce. Good quality too. Aldi fresh produce has vastly improved since the early days.
I really like the staff at this store they are hard working, friendly and kind.
The store is always clean.

Staff is indifferent to open harassment occurring in the store. Just had an old couple swear and cuss at us while we were packing our bags while both the cashier and manager sat by and did nothing. When I told the manager that "if you want return customers, you need to make it feel safe for everyone to come shop there. " He told us to "leave it, " as if to suggest that we were the provocateurs (again we were simply packing our shopping bags as the old couple came up to US and started swearing at us) and that "they're not allowed to do anything otherwise they will be fired. "

In other words if you are being physically attacked by another customer, they will not do anything to stop it.

Same as every other Aldi. Great place to shop with a better and generally cheaper supply of produce, than their competitors.
They are the cheapest by far.

As usual, selling good quality products. Every aisle and counter coming up with something new. Today I bought bamboo sheets. Just waiting for a dry day to wash them, then look forward to a warm sleep.
I first came across Aldi in UK and found every visit a pleasure. Very happy when you came to Australia. Good different.

The guy Declan at the counter need a bit more training in regards to customer service. Or may be training on discrimination.

Its okay, its annoying that some thing are cheaper at Aldi and some things are cheaper at coles, just make everything cheaper if you really want to compete, instead I have to go to Coles to get some things and Aldi to get somethings.

Extremely appalled by the tall young, caucasian guy who was serving people at Armadale aldi at around 5.30 pm on 27/04/22.

First of all while gathering my goods he was talking about personal matters to another employee without his mask on. Breathing all over the fruit. No the mandate has not changed yet at this point.

Then he started serving at the counter, throwing people's goods around, huffing and puffing because someone wanted to split their transaction. Made them feel very uncomfortable to the point where the customer kept appologising.

Then with a long line, a customer asked if he would be opening another counter and he told him no and that he would just "have to deal with it. " While screaming it out with his mask down yet again.

I work in the customer service industry and I have never been so shocked and appalled.

The best dairy free ice-cream that's kind to your wallet. Takes a few minutes to get through the checkout as they rarely have enough staff on during peak hours.

It doesn't matter how many times you ask the assistant not to throw your goods down the belt at you, they continue to do so. When you spend $300 a time they clearer don't want larger shoppers just the 2 or 3 item customers. Left the trolley and left the store. Staff with no manners and that don't listen to your request to slow down don't deserve my custum.

A smallish shop but stocks all that you may require. Easy to park near but not enough cashiers on duty and lines can get long. The trolleys are $1 each which you can get back when returning the trolley to the bay. Be aware that this is no frills shopping where you pack your own bags. Some things are more expensive than in the other big 2 supermarkets so be aware of that.

Aldi is an excellent place. It could be a much better place if there are ground staff to assist shoppers at minimal effort.

Love Aldi's ever since they have come to Armadale district it has always been a joy shopping there
Way better than going Coles or Woolworths inflated prices and stupid gimmicks
Due to the lack of stock has become more difficult to acquiring what is needed for the household
They advertised that they are cheaper than the major brands this is certainly far from being true

Didn't have full cream milk, which is what I went in for. When I asked the checkout they didn't even pretend to make the effort to find some. Otherwise would have been 5 stars since it's always good whenever I go here.

Prices are great so are most of the products, but the advertisement department should research what they have in stock before printing a catalogue for products that are not available for sale totally disappointed and thanks for the inconvenience
