ALDI

Good store - the opening hours are very restricted in comparison to Aldi stores elsewhere in WA and Australia though this might be outside of Aldi's control.

They have the same layout all across Australia that I've seen so it's easy to find what I want.

It's just like any other Aldi. Clean and simple, great service and a speedy checkout. I'll be visiting here for my weekly shop.

Still really clean and mostly stocked up. A few popular items run low but still heaps of verity.

Worst store around.typical Albany. You get certain things in Perth but never down here! UP YA GAME!

Aldi in Albany WA is quite small in comparison to the East coast shops and doesnt have the range of produce found at larger Aldi francises but what they do have is cheaper then the big alternative.

The staff were super quick to act after I purchased their laundry detergent and it leaked into my shopping bag and spilled out onto the shop floor. Before I could react they gave me a new shopping bag to replace the old one and another staff member grabbed me a new bottle and paper towels to wipe up the mess. Efficient team and great customer service

This was my first-ever visit to an Aldi store. I picked up something from the Clearance section, but it did not have a price tag. It was taken away at the checkout and I never saw it again. “We cannot sell this. ” That’s all that I was told. No chance to make an offer. No consultation with a manager. No sorry. Just rude staff who made me feel that I had done something wrong. I liked the shop, but I strongly disliked the staff who dealt with me. Just plain rude.

Have never really liked ALDI before but this aldi is really good. Have picked up some good bargains

If they've got what you want it will be at a decent price. Staff are zippy but still friendly and polite

Great product pricing. Just the opening and closing of tills plus putting it over the loudspeakers

Great range of products only down side is I had bad customer service with one of your staff members.

Don't like Aldi in general, but for the two times I went there, there were not enough staff on checkout.long lines and no self-checkout. Products are low quality. Produce is ok.

I know how Aldi works & that’s fine to cut costs but lots of things are not cheaper than the other stores. Also my main issue was very rude checkout people the last two times I was there. Don’t they want customers to go back? Some products not packaged properly either.

Well, after all the hype about being good, different, & cheaper, l have to be honest and tell you that l found that to be untrue. I bought a few things & they were the same prices as the other two competitors within a cent or two. I got brave & bought a breakfast cereal which l had not seen before & it ended up in the compost! Yuk!
To be fair however l did score a bargain with Aldi's prepaid phone which was half the cost of Telstra, recommended. So its just a matter of looking for the bargains which we do in all stores. (Lets buy Australian groceries)

Love this shop, well laid out, good range of products with some great options that you don't get at other shops. Prices are fabulous so competitive, shop looks clean and well maintained.
Checkout is quick and staff have been friendly and helpful.
Definitely go here once a week

Please update your opening hours. Sunday closed. Wasted out time to only find out at the store.

Not once in my life have I ever been spoken to so rudely by a checkout chick - and all I did was simply ask her to bag my items - which she didn't do. Also there aren't any self serve checkouts, so you are stuck with their dreadful customer service. Additionally the range of items is poor and no cheaper than anywhere else. Some of the meat on display had already started going off and they had no eggs. I will never return here and I advise others to shop elsewhere.

The amount of money that you save, it's fantastic, just ignore the packaging because it has a different brand name but most of the foods taste the same. Staff very polite and helpful /friendly.
