Great service and still the cheapest around. This is great news for those on tight budgets.

Have been going here since it opened, and was a very good store for stock and staff. But last 6 months or so the checkout staff are so rude. Many good staff have left I notice, replaced with pretty bottom shelf material. Really low quality generally now and often items not been restocked in a timely manner. And so many good European items no longer available in the cheese section. I don't come much anymore.

Too the feral service attendant Loraine. Stop picking your noise and sniffing and coughing when servicing customers. If your unwell stay at home. I don't need to carry your sickness to my home workplace or social garthering

When a customer ask polite to hand sanitizer for this reason, my health is more important than food on the table from your store.

If you really wanna go at it grow an extra long pinky nail and knock yourself out like very other Filipino.

Manager was not receptive for feedback, surprised that they have made her store manager, poor on her communication skill. Duty date 08.07.23, time 09.00 am. Aldi she is a big shame on you.

Everything is and very organised well, great specials in the middle isle. It is the best Aldi that's around.

Good price and less looking around which is fast to shop. ALDI! Please advise on your terminal that you charge for CC tap&pay.

Excellent Customer Service, everything you might need at reasonable prices and great weekly special, with periodic speciality goods.

Great shop, unfortunately no Brioche hamburger rolls but got my Aldi sliced canned beetroot wick is much better than the other brands.

Special buys are a waste of time, they never have more than a few items they're advertising, and you can miss out even if you line up early. Charging extra for contactless these days is also ludicrous. I don't think it's that much cheaper than the other two so I don't really understand the love Aldi gets to be completely honest.

The man at the checkout this morning was very friendly, and obviously had a good rapport with some of the regular customers. Nice to see at your local store.

I was impressed with the prices. The meat was a lot better than I had been led to believe. I may shop there again.

One of the staff members on bike was very aggressive and abusive tonight (28th April 2021, around 8.30pm) at the shopping mall car park. He confronted with me for my minor mistake and used racial slur at me and my family. He even did not put a mask on and was preaching me for my minor mistake and asked me to go back my country for not following a rule. Very disappointed with this kind of behavior.

Manager is good but at the service desk the person named Adam needs more training in customer service and rules and regulations in his workplace.

Good supermarket, but smaller when compaired with the nearby Woolworths. Only one counter was open at checkout. There was also a surcharge on card transactions, which I have never seen in any other supermarkets such as Coles or woolworths

Good one. If it is hard to find any special item in Southern River then you may have higher chance in finding that item here. Have a good fresh vegetables shop and Jamaica Blue coffee next to it and have woolies. Few more reasons to go to this one.

Had the tall blond man serve me through the alcohol checkout with $130 worth of groceries, as it was the only checkout open, only to be stopped right before paying and being asked if I had I. D to prove I was over 18 (I'm 23). Unfortunately, my wallet was at home and my mum who was also with me didn't have her card on her as she too forgot her wallet at home. I had planned on paying via my phone, however he rudely told us we'd have to figure something out in terms of paying without i.d, despite none of us actually buying alcohol. He then put us through another checkout, in which the lady with short hair and a "I'm so tough and have something to prove" kinda attitude, then rolled her eyes and told us to hurry up and pay, despite there being no one behind us and a full hour before the store would shut. Sad to think Aldi would hire such lazy and incompetent workers. Definitely won't be wanting to get served by them again.

A convenient Aldi store for me and stocked with fresh produce and other daily products. Nice to shop without constant reminders of points, stickers or other annoying selling marketing ploys.

Always do my weekly shop here along side the harrisdale shopping centre. Always friendly, I'm sure they must know me on a personal level by now! I go there so often. I needent say anymore!
