ALDI (Forest Lakes)

Stocked better than usual which was great. In really wish they'd stop restocking whilst people are trying to shop though, those things take up all the room!

Notices there is a few things that are normal stocked all year arround hasn't been there.the lunch box snacks is pretty sad

Located within the forrest lakes shopping centre with plenty of parking out front. Good for everyday basic groceries with both name brand and aldi dupes. The also do a random special price items like furniture or appliances.

Bring a gold coin for the trolley (or nab one from woolies or coles) and your own shopping bags buy them while you are there.

Worst customer service ever! Cashier male face full of pimples, loud acts like the store manager but his not! Didn’t serve me alcohol because I didn’t have a ID on me it was last minute shopping just to get wine fare enough he was just doing his job even though I’m a 36year old grown women I had my 7 year old with me so I’m taking it as a compliment I look under 18 even though to most people I look 30. This same cashier served me alcohol before without ID many times I’m a regular customer I have never been asked anyways then my mum goes 73 year old I’m with her he doesn’t serve my mum saying it’s for her not you I can’t serve you old lady then we ask for manger and they just argue with us and laugh loud looking at each other they made a seen so we are embarrassed closing time store was busy. Pimpled faced male cashier smile proudly he achieved his life’s goal! Zero customer service! Spoiled my wonderful day! People like him with an ugly attitude rude and disrespectful shouldn’t be in customer service at all! I got my bottles without ID from BWS forest lake. Cheer’s to that!

I remember buying in forest lake aldi and this curly girl chubby in cashier was so rude. I really hate it

This is quite a small store with most of what you need at the good-different Aldi range and prices.
Centre also has a Coles and Woolies

Just the best place to shop for our weekly shopping. With many items on special & some heavily discounted.

Love Aldi staff are always friendly, since it opened I changed from Woolies to Aldi, the quality of their meat is excellent and well priced, I wouldn't go back to shopping in Woolies.

Decent range but clearly understaffed by people more concerned with overtime than customers. Manager overtly loud, rude and sarcastic to multiple customers when "assisting" on the till. Do better, Aldi Thornlie.

Just awful. The checkout operator starts ringing through the next person's items before you have had time to bag your own. Then look at you like you're the problem. Do better.

So ridiculous how you have to be over 18+ to be served near the alcohol aisle when you aren’t even the one buying it.every time i get served the dark skinned women in cashier 1 glares at me.overall low and rude service would give 0 stars

Aldi has amazing stuff. I'm so lucky to walk in on great bargains every week. Look what I picked up this week. Last time I saw it, it was $24.99 - this week reduced to $14.99.
Yes, I did grab 2 because they have a 2-year warranty. They work like magic. Thanks for the great products Aldi.

Usually pop in for foods I can only get from Aldi. Gluten free and Buckwheat pasta. Friendly staff but it's a very busy store.

The food shelves & freezer are still empty, but the gadgets and bits & bobs are always topped.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but if Oscan (I believe this was his name) doesn’t get a pay rise I will be very disappointed. The guy is a legend

Most times don't have same produce or any advertised in their catalogue, misleading. Some staff aren't helpful at all. Prices not much difference to other big supermarkets.

Love aldi special buys! Always love popping in to see what things I don't really need but must have lol!

Big shop plenty of products on the shelves very friendly staff reasonable prices no frills but clean and tidy, they even sell Alcohol now something I wasn't aware of until recently highly recommend a sticky if you've never been there.

Outstanding customer service by all members of staff, especially the African Australian who is always cheerful, polite and happy. You have a gem there, Aldi!

Operator was more interested in getting off checkout than he was serving people. So rude to everyone.
