Very handy service.
May want to confirm if (van) has any outstanding maintenance issues, we hired one for return trip to Perth full of our house hold goods, at 9pm middle of nowhere the turbo induction pipe blew off.
Eventually along with apology and temp fix we were told it was waiting for hose clamp. Long night.

Great guys to deal with and really good condition car trailer to tow and use at a reasonable price cheers guys

HIred a truck for 2 days on Perth rate. Rumors must be true [dodgy people]
Returned the truck early, and yes I was early and when the owner arrived was greeted with What the F can't even get the place open. What an attitude surprised he has any business at all, let alone supplying a truck that was 15lts short on fuel. When I? This was meet with another attitude not helpful at all won't be recommending this mob to anyone.

Great service. I hired a truck to move to Perth, there were no hidden costs and the staff were up front about all details and very friendly.

When I returned the truck I had forgotten a few personal items in the glove box. They called me within 10 minutes to let me know.

They are also very flexible with pick up and drop off.

I would recommend Albany Truck and car hire to everyone. The prices are are great. The vehicles are great and the staff are great.

My wife & I experienced a vehicle breakdown while in Albany visiting. With only half an hours notice Kelvin sorted out a medium to large car for us a Nissan Maxima. He only charged us the price of a small car $45 plus some optional extra insurance protection. The vehicle was an older, higher kms model, but it was clean, tidy & did the job fine.
The whole experience was efficient & fuss free.

Albany - Merredin - Albany

Purchased a new trailer from them. We had incorrect parts to attach to our vehicle (supplied by an auto accessories store) and the guy at Albany Truck & Trailer Hire stayed back to adapt it to fit our vehicle. Both people I dealt with went beyond the call of duty to assist.

Wouldn't recommend this company, their customer service was so poor, and we were treated as an inconvenience. We dropped the truck back 12 hours early, & full of petrol, yet the younger man in his 30's who worked there had an attitude to us with no customer service skills & we couldn't understand why he would treat good customers like us in such a manner. The one star i gave was for the truck.

We hired a truck for huge trip to South Australia and back to get furniture and these guys were brilliant, truck went no problems, great service and price.
