My taxi driver was "Kenneth" A lovely gentleman and such a wonderful authentic conversation was had on my drive. Awesome service.

Be careful and check how much they type in when charging you via card. Was accidentally charged $220 instead of the $16 amount. Still yet to receive my refund…

I was at Albany airport and didn’t pre-book a ride to our destination. I called other taxi services and they said it’s peak hour and all booked up. I called this one and they said they would try to help. Less than 5min later, they showed up and said they could take us now on their way to other booked jobs. I was so happy and the driver was friendly too.

This taxi company is damn good they will help with anything they can and drop you off exactly where you need to be and if they're running a bit behind they will tell you honestly, so that you're not sitting waiting ages for a taxi instead of getting on with your day.

So I actually tried to get into the Albany City Cabs van tonight out the front of the plaza and had to shut the door immediately. The filthy old driver was literally smoking with all windows up and soon as I tried to get in I had to shut the door. Not only is it illegal it's the most unprofessional taxi service I have ever had. Do not use these guys.

There must be another Albany City Cabs in Albany with the exact same name, what a coincidence? It was at night time when the plaza was shut and the bays were empty, so please don't use that as an excuse. Also, judging by all your other bad reviews and the way you respond, you do not conduct business in a professional manner and take the criticism and work to improve it, just the public's fault as far as your concerned.

All the staffs are so friendly and professional. They have been a great help since the time I moved to Albany. Their service is super excellent.

Booked taxi. They knew it was booked. In the words of the driver " no one could be bothered waiting at the airport after 11pm on a Tuesday night". Beyond useless!

Seems like a small company but they are super professional and helpful. They looked after me during my short time in Albany!

During our four night stay over in Albany, we called a cab three nights from various restaurants. Great service & very friendly drivers.

I'm a ex driver for Albany city cabs, great work crew. How ever very bad management. Getting abused over jobs. Rostering on when not available and not getting paid invoices on time with excuses of paying damage to cars wicth I never signed a document for.then getting offered out to a unsafe place to sort the issue. No thankyou.

Absolutely horrible experience, if you want picking up in a reasonable time I would not recommend this company, Albany could do with uber or ola which then would make this service more accountable for the service they provide. Walking is quicker

Absolutely useless! Tried calling for a taxi and was on hold for over an hour before I gave up on them! Albany can't get uber soon enough.

Pity can't give zero stars as one star is too much sloppy service get told won't be long ring back half hour later to be told there busy waited another ten minutes then i told them where to go. Greatfull that I'm now banned

Been waiting for over half an hour for our taxi now. Same as last time we used them. Never again

Waited over half an hour before ringing again to be told they were busy but had a cab in town that was on its way, another 15 minutes before taxi turned up. Return trip I decided to walk - took me 15 minutes which is what I should have done in the first place. Don’t mind them being busy, but don’t lie to me that a cab is on its way when it isn’t
